Pretty good moist cake, on the sweet side for me but with coffee is good.

One thing I don’t like much is the cake display is on the open counter, and you got the one slices which display on the counter at that time.

Coffee if you want to have milk with it you have to ask the staff at counter to pull the cream out and they put it back right away.

Definitely a very popular place, cake usually sold out around 3:30 ish, after 2:00 you will have not a lot choice left.

This has been my absolute go-to cake spot for years and they never disappoint. Such unique, rotating flavors. Super super moist and juicy, so if you’re looking for a bland and dry cake, this isn’t your spot. The owner is incredible and does frequent fundraisers for different non profits, and it feels like such a cozy, safe, neighborhood staple. I’d had their cakes for a little date day, for birthdays, and for my best friend’s wedding and it’s always memorable

Cake was amazing. Beware they have someone vulturing over the parking though. Was given a $65 parking ticket on a 2 minute expired parking spot. We were literally walking back to the car when we were ticketed.

Best cake in Seattle, they really get the balance down with cakes that are just the right level of sweet and an incredible selection of flavors.

We happened upon the shop by accident. Oh my gosh! Where have they been my whole life? We bought three slices, Salted Caramel, Cookies and Cream, and the Vanilla Bean Custard. They were all equally delicious and unique. The gentleman helping us was very informative and it was a very friendly atmosphere. It's a good thing we live in Lacey because I would be there every week if I lived in Seattle. They have quickly become our special occasion splurge. We will eventually try the whole menu I'm quite sure. We are very lucky to have found this gem. I think about going back all the time.

My absolute favorite cake place in Seattle. I love what they do, especially the chocolate flavors. So so good and I’ve never been disappointed!

Beautiful new space and mediocre cake. Is this the best Seattle has to offer? The flavors are creative, the slices are huge and attractive, but the actual taste is pretty boring. Pick a flavor with a lot of texture and acid - I found the London Fog and seasonal Gingerbread Stout moist but one dimensional! This is definitely cake for frosting lovers, not fluffy cake lovers.

Lots of nice seating and wonderful, friendly staff that seemed to be getting the hang of things on the third day at this location.
