I've been working on or with cars professionally since 1998. Early on in my career I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to transition from the independent repair facilities to the new car dealers. Since then I have had the pleasure to work for multiple dealer groups. Hands down this is the best group I have worked for. I spent 10 years in the last one and plan on surpassing that with Boardwalk.

I've now worked for this company over 9 years. Needless to say, I couldn't be happier for the company I work for. They go over and beyond for their employees to provide a comfortable working environment. Beyond that, the staff creates great relationships with clients who become family to us! We take the time to listen to customer's needs and provide them with great customer service. Personally, the staff has made it feel more family oriented, and the reason I love coming to work every day. I'm thankful to be working for Boardwalk and would recommend anyone to this company.

I have worked in the car business since 1983 and held virtually every position including General Manager and Dealer Operator. I've worked for some really great owners/automotive groups but... none quite like Boardwalk Auto Group. Employee satisfaction ranks right up there with customer satisfaction. The culture is one of family. Employees are made to feel like they are now part of the Boardwalk family. Unlike most dealers, management insists on employees taking their days off to spend time with family or friends. Ken Ambrose is a great leader and his management style trickles down through all of his management team. The unique and happy environment make it a pleasure work for Boardwalk Auto Group!
