Deb is capable and cautious with dermal procedures. I especially appreciate her artistic eye and skill with injections, as well as suggestions when I request them. I've come to trust her completely.

Simplicity Med Spa has given me life changing results. I have received three treatments of RF microneedling which have dramatically reduced my acne scarring and have helped with pigmentation. I would definitely recommend their services!

My disappointment with the IPL services at this establishment is profound. Despite purchasing four treatments to address skin redness, I saw no improvement after each session. Voicing my concerns to Debra yielded no resolution. My final treatment, during which I brought along an esthetician friend, exposed concerning unsanitary practices.

Kaitlin, the practitioner, consistently failed to change gloves or sanitize hands after handling various items, including her hair, dropped glasses, and the door handle. The absence of proper hair containment with a towel or headband led to constant contact during the procedure. My esthetician friend, who witnessed the session, corroborated the unsanitary practices I could not see due to wearing goggles.

Reusing a single stick for applying ultrasound gel raised concerns, with the gel squeeze bottle's tip frequently touched, potentially contaminating the gel. Moreover, Kaitlin held the machine hose under her left armpit, adjusting it without hand sanitization, then touched my face without changing gloves. These hygiene lapses, witnessed by my friend, significantly marred the overall experience.

Seeking resolution, I approached Debra, requesting at least a refund for the last session due to the poor hygienic practices. Unfortunately, she refused to compromise. Given this very poor experience and the lack of responsibility taken by Debra, I feel compelled to caution others about my disappointing encounter with the services offered here.

I am always treated with respect dignity and kindness. She is just excellent and her staff ♥️ makes sure to stay within my budget and I leave knowing I will feel and look refreshed Everytime. A big thank you 😊
