Like most RV parks, the seniors are most of the renters. So it's a quite place.

Maintenance/Manager or on-site host is a rude lazy prick. Owner is absent and unreachable unless as a tenant you do something drastic and refuse to leave.
I have never in my 69 years felt so welcome and wanted. These people are beyond awsome. The park mgr, Dennis, has gone way out of his way to help me get settled here. This place is very clean and quiet extremely pet friendly. It is filled with honest upright older people. Dennis has also made it a very safe and secure place to live. No drug labs, no loud blaring nasty music, no screaming and fighting either.

Very friendly people and real clean park. Very quiet place and animal friendly. U have space between RV that is a great thing . The price is great pre night or monthly 👍. Everything is in include in price no hidden charges.
The land lord is very understanding and nice and so are every one else and it is quite .
Fairly quiet. Restrooms in need of a new building that can serve as a shelter in place in case of bad weather.
