Reviews

New manager has been awesome in cleaning up and maintaining the park. She is very helpful and goes out of her way to assist tenants.

This was a beautiful time of year to ride! The trees are starting to change color and when the leaves would fall I felt just like a princess.... but one that drives a sxs and is covered in mud! (Disney! Where you at on this???) The trails were well maintained and I was very happy with the family friendly atmosphere. I've been to CAW for day trips but this was the first time staying in our RV. The astroterf "lawn" at each site is brilliant! It rained one night but mud directly outside the camper entrance was not an issue. The only mud I had to truly manage was on our children who still don't see why I care! I will for sure make this an annual event to kick off our pleasure riding season! The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I will forever cherish the memories and experience we had! Thank you CAW!!!

Location is fine, park is decent. Management has been slacking on allowing older, uncared for trailers to move in and accumulate junk outside. Also have some obnoxious neighbors (addicts?) who have issues with the law, truck alarms going off all night/morning while police waited to tow a truck used in a crime, loud traffic in and out all hours of day & night. Still not evicted...

I'm hoping this review helps a potential first-timer, like my friends and I were a few days ago. I will begin with the cons and then go into the pros:
CONS
1. If you're renting vehicles like we did, note that when they say you get a "Full Day Rental" on the website, they don't actually mean full day. They mean until 4pm, so if you show up like we did around noon expecting to ride until close at 8pm, you're in for an extremely disappointing surprise. You also of course need to fill out a ton of paperwork beforehand (not unexpected), as well as watch a safety video, etc. All of that ate up so much of our time, so despite our intention to ride for eight hours that day, we only got to ride for three. Kind of was a waste of the near-$1000 we spent to ride there.
2. Be aware too that the rentals aren't good quality. They're beat up, worn out, and my ATV in particular sounded like it was going to explode whenever going too fast. Combined with the sound of constant raddles and whatnot that was going on around the engine, the entire time I was worried my ATV might break down and I'd be charged the repair fee.
3. When we went to Carolina Adventure World, there were several trails that we couldn't go on since they were being repaired and restored. This wasn't an issue, but the map that we were given was horrible. We got lost multiple times and the markers on the trails themselves were too few and too far between. I read many reviews about this place before going that warned of these two things: A horrible map and poorly marked trails. Believe it. It's true.
4. Don't buy the food from the restaurant. Bring your own. It's not that the food we had was bad, but rather it was just very poor quality for what you were paying for it.
PROS
1. You are going to have fun. Once you're on the trails, in the rocks, splashing through mud, or whatever, all your concerns will fade away. Going fast on the roads was great, dodging stones was awesome, and the experience was incredibly pleasing.
2. Even though we rode for three hours, we didn't even get to see half of this place, it felt like. Carolina Adventure World is HUGE in scale and you'll be exploring it for hours. I admit, we ended up doing a few trails more than once due to the poor map (as mentioned above), but that's okay.
3. We went on a weekday (Friday) and it was not crowded in the slightest. I genuinely think there were only six people there other than us. We only saw two while on the trails, so it was a really relaxing experience. I'm sure on the weekends though this place is crowded!
4. The location is very easy to find and get to, located right off the highway.
In conclusion, despite issues we all had a fantastic time. I just wish we could've stayed longer and didn't have to return the "Full Day" (lol) rentals half way through the day. You live and learn, I suppose. We will certainly be back soon!

Easy to drive campers and 5th wheels in and park they have group spots if you want to be all in one spot with a gathering area in the middle. They help you park and are super friendly and helpful for any questions you have. It is right off a huge paved trail. There is a bar and grill with an outdoor patio to eat and drink hang out with friends and family and just be together. Their food is great. They have volleyball basketball and some other outdoor activities as well as events like car shows and live music from time to time. There is an event building you can rent that has weddings in it often. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay with plenty of things to do.

I lived here for 13 months until Sept 1st. The three stars are for Morghen and the other people I interacted with. They are all great people and they respond quickly. However, I cannot advise a friend or family member to rent an extended stay spot here due to the disconnect by the ever increasing rents, up to 975 including electric at the end and the lack of actual work or improvements being done on the property. The rent chased me out but I wasn't that sad to leave because they've made seemingly zero improvements. In fact, I'd say it was worse when I left. If you're going to increase rent by 20% or whatever, that's your call, I'm sure there are many factors involved, including market forces. I get that. But you need to at least act like you care about the upkeep and the facilities and the fact that you're charging people a solid 1/3 of their income to sit in a decaying "resort."

Good for a quick one-night stay. It's within a business area, as expected. Quiet, though. Check-in was easy. We'd stay here again.

Fun little park to ride. We (wife and I) paid for two days to ride in our CanAm X3. $121 is on the pricey side. First day we ate at the restaurant; I would advise to either get pizza or bring your own food which we did for day 2.

Very expensive for 2 dirt bikes for the day.
Several trail sections flooded out. Took a turn going uphill and there was a fallen tree sticking out head height into the middle of the trail.
Garbage (mostly beer cans) everywhere.
I don't know what management spends the admission money on but it isn't trail maintenance.

Went labor day weekend and had a blast. The check in was quick compared to the crowd that had checking in. The park wasn't terribly dirty compared to all the riders they had. The managers Katie and Kaylee was super nice and helpful with any questions I had during my visit. Staff was nice and welcoming as well. Trails are in pretty good condition since all the rain we've had. Great place to visit!

I reserved a week's stay here for the end of August back on June 2nd. I emailed them on 8/15 to say that I needed to change my reservation from 7 nights down to 6 and wanted to make sure that was ok. After 2 days I didn't get an email back to I called and left a message. Still no response so I emailed again the next day and still never heard back. We were afraid to travel 3 hours from the Seattle area to here without knowing if we truly had a reservation/a place to stay so we cancelled our plans and were able to make a last minute booking somewhere else. We are full time RVers so we needed a place to stay. Anyway, just really disappointed with the lack of communication

I was just so pleased with the staff. Especially Marcy. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out when I came in. I was so tired after driving nearly 500 miles after getting off a 3 day ferry ride.
The park is very clean, the restrooms are clean. I was very impressed. I give this RV park 5 stars.

I reserved a tent campsite here and it was lovely. They were flexible with dates when I had something come up. There is no electricity at the tent campsites but there is water and porta potties within a short walking distance. There is also a large shower room within driving distance. There are 4 showers per side (men's and women's) and a huge area to get ready with several sinks. The building was very clean. The campground is also really close to Jay Cooke State Park, which is a plus. The campground is tucked into a forest off the highway but you can't hear any cars, just trains occasionally. My only critiques are that the tent campsites are pretty close together, the free wifi doesn't work at the farther sites, and if your campsite is next to the porta potties you can smell them at times. Overall thought, I would recommend this campground.
TLDR: good campsite in a good location with just a few minor downsides that can be overlooked.

Absolutely hands down the best all around atv/utv park in s.carolina. it is massive! organized, great trails with all types of terrain, cabins, camping, security, wash stations and best of all at the end of the day free hot showers! Will definitely be back often. Please folks take your trash out with you and follow the simple rules so we can continue to have a great place to ride like this!

I try to go to the Clark County Fair every year. It's always fun and the food is fantastic!

Always love playing here. Very challenging but fair. Would give 5 stars if the tree directly in front of 17's tee box would come down. It's already a tough 450 yd par 4 without the tree.

Never again. There's more room between rv's in a storage lot. Just happened to be a good place to see local friends.

Great staff, Marcy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Security is a priority and the park was equipped with security cameras and an accessible security gate overnight.
Great location with many attractions and restaurants/shopping!

This was our last resort rv park for someone to answer the phone after 5pm. We paid $110 for one night and we stayed in a pull through site with pebbles and not much besides the hookup. There was a dog area, but it was open on one end so dogs can escape. Limited space to take dogs. The shower required an app which timed when you entered and exited. There was no one at the office and a sign from July 2023 stating that they were short staffed and the office was closed. They did answer the phone when I needed help with the app. The laundry room was locked so I couldn't use it. It was noisy right next to the freeway. We are never staying here again.

Clean and well managed and only 47$ for full hook up in peak season.
Optimal online booking Tool with possibility to book a site even on the same day after 8pm! That is something you even do not have with an KOA.
Friendly service and also good located and very silent compared to many other city campgrounds very close to the free or highway.
Clear recommendation

They don't have Senior Discounts per round. Other than that I enjoyed the Golf Course. I grew up on Bellinger Scale Rd, a short distance from the Course.

This park is beautiful. We stayed a total of 12 nights. It is close to a state hiking trail. It has a restaurant, basketball & volleyball courts. Good laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers and lots of folding counters. There are rest rooms and showers close to the Laundry and restaurant. The managers were great!! I would love to give them a 5 star review but they did not have a complete fenced dog park. They also do not have any dog on leash rules. I had 2 off leash dogs try to get into my trailer. We have a very friendly dog but I don't know how she would react if a dog came into her house. We also had very large dog charge our dog when walking her on leash in the park . I sincerely hope they do not have a dog attack another dog or a child.

Everyone I seen was friendly

This is one of the nicest campground I've ever stayed in. They have a bar/restaurant, hiking and mountain bike trails. There is a lake for fishing. There are basketball and beach volleyball courts. The lots are big and the water pressure was great. Very clean showers and port a johns if you need. You can use the baseball field as a dog park. It was quiet and family oriented.

Nice Clean and secure park. Maurine, the manager helped us find a great breakfast place and other local tips! Close to lots of shopping.

We made good friends here! I would like to say more things on my mind.

2023.07 RV park's lack of an

These are my favorite places to stay! They're clean, great prices and awesome locations. They always seem to be improving the parks, so huge kudos to the owners for continuing investments! My only complaint is the spots book up quick, so I've got to plan ahead.

My family needed a place to stay for just a night. It's safe, clean, quiet, and cost-efficient. The staff was nice. I'd stay there again.

So dirty around and by the park .
So much requirements in the application it's not even worth it. Plus he doesn't accept cash or card . Just money orders.. untraceable money

When we started camping at the newly acquired (some) by RV Inn Style camping locations, we were skeptical due to new ownership as we had gone to those locations before. However, since then, obviously some things have changed but I've got to say that Camp Kalama, Harmony and Silver Cove Resorts have the nicest people and staff you can imagine dealing with, they are all awesome at each location. We enjoyed interacting with them all ... and I talk a lot ... they were gracious :)
Thanks for cleaning up some of the older locations and making it feel good to camp again!

We stayed a week recently. The park was once a baseball field recently turned into an RV park. The space between sites is great, your not on top of your neighbors. The park is very quiet and close to everything. Perhaps a little too close to the casino but. Lol...
The only drawback we found, and I'm not sure what they have planned if anything for this, the site are rustic, little grass (which I know in time will grow) but there is a lot of red dirt/clay which is very difficult to keep out of your RV, especially when it rains.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and Darrell, well he's a hoot. He always answered our calls, was helpful and just plain nice.

Difficult course for us amatures but had a great time with the family on Father's day

Best toilets ever. Amazingly clean porta potties!
Quiet campground, well kept, family & dog friendly. ***Pack ear plugs for night time trains. No fault of the campground; several loud trains passed at 2am.

Chalenging but fair. Not a long ball course. Dog legs and long par 3s. Loved it.

Great place to stay. No frills. Everyone is easy going and campers are left to their peace and quiet if they want. And if they want something more interesting, there's a bar and grill on site. The food was great and the guy that drove a golf cart around offering wood at a reasonable price was also very appreciated.

As campground manager, Darrell goes above and beyond. Jill and Ronnie and Verna are great. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend you stay here. You won't be sorry you did.
Also very convenient to local amenities and activities.

This campground was very clean. The spaces were large and we had a great time.

I would leave less than 1 if I could. This company treat there employees very badly. They do t take care of there parks. They charge top dollar for a park that is not top dollar at all. I have stayed at good resorts that charge less than these guys.

Clean, fully paved. Located amidst the town's array of car dealerships. Spots are tight, even in the premium section. Water hookups are below ground, accessed by lifting a lid and braving the bugs and destrius within. Quiet park with some road noise every night (cars racing). Good showers with real doors, but only lighting in there is a heat lamp, which isn't so great on warm days. You can tell they're trying to keep standards high with their prices and rules, but there's still some sketchy trailers that clearly don't meet stated requirements in the deeper sections. Lots of annuals.

Was coming up from FL on the way back to VA when we decided to stop by. This place did not disappoint! Best described as a cross between Hatfield McCoy Trails, Outlaw trails and the best parts of Busco Beach. Everything from rock trails to mud holes and creeks. Cabins are nice as well. Definitely coming back!

We had an absolute blast. We parked the Jeeps for a change and gave something else a go and absolutely loved it. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Definitely plan to return.

It's an RV park, there are no rooms. There is no "service". Pretty good location. Rents just went up recently.. There HAVE been improvements, but very slowly accomplished. Drugs and theft continues in the area but it seems less and less as time goes on and the police are doing great work. Overall, this is probably the least expensive places for rent in the area

Called and inquired about a rv spot. They asked that I send pictures of my travel trailer. I did. I was told the manager would call me. I sent another email letting the girl there know that I still haven't heard from the manager. She assured me she would remind her. I never heard from her. This is a very bad business, especially when you are on contract as a medical traveler with a hospital in cardiac to help out due to a shortage of people. I would not do business with them if this is how they conduct business. Guess they don't wanna make money nor help people. This tells you how they handle the business. And not following up with people wanting to rent from them.

Expensive!!! And, for $97.00 you get a bumpy parking lot, tight spaces, no grass, located between a busy and noisy highway and the freeway. Been across the US and never paid this much. Find another place!! Trust me, you can do better.

We haven’t stayed here, but we drove by. There is a huge homeless camp nearby. I wouldn’t feel safe staying near here.

I hated this place even before I got the news today that I will not be refunded ANY of the $850 I paid for a month stay even though due to work I had to leave after 3 DAYS. I expected to maybe be charged the daily rate for those days but those snakes decided to keep it all. The spaces are too small to even put your awning out if you have a neighbor. No wifi no cable. Nothing but asphalt and concrete. Not dog friendly. No staff on site. They did offer me credit towards my next stay which I obviously didn't accept. You won't like it here. Maybe 3 of 10 spots are empty for a reason. Don't plan to stay long term because if something comes up or if you just don't like it your money is gone.

Got there just after 5, office was closed but paperwork was in box BUT someone was in our assigned spot. Called the after hours number and the lady said we could stay in the spot we had temporarily pulled in to (barely big enough but we were not given any other alternatives). It was the day before Thanksgiving so we didn’t want to
Argue and made do. The day after thanksgiving we decided to leave a day early and as we got in the truck to go get fuel before hitching up the lady came and said our spot was reserved for that night and we had 1 hour to
Move to another spot or we’d be fined $50. We told her we were leaving a day early so they were making money on us anyway and she could take her fine and stuff it. I told her there was someone in our proper spot when we got there, she said he had been fined and asked to move and wouldn’t budge. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The RV Park is getting worked on by a very hands-on manager that cares about the park and the safety of the residents. There have been a lot of projects accomplished in the past 8 months and more that are being worked on to improve the livability, comfortability, and safety of the park. The manager has been able to reduce the need of the police to constantly be called and he is bringing in good and honest people that want to live here and have respect for the park and the other residents.

RV PARK, not a hotel... Rundown and over +$300 in rental increases in the last year. Went from $400 a month to over $700 a month.. Ridiculous. Withnexttono improvement in services.

They will not take any 20 years or older RVs for monthly. Ya know some of us can't afford these new models...we have kids...we have bills. And if someone is living in their RV and need a place. I'd think their money is green like everyone else's. Your still getting paid whether rvs are 20 years old or not.

Yuck. This is a NASTY little dive RV park right off of a busy freeway. This wouldn't be so bad if they charged accordingly. The fee for our 13 hour stay was $97 for one space, totally devoid of life or anything enjoyable. It wasn't worth more than $23/day. It's just a stinky, noisy parking lot with tons of pointless rules and regulations that nobody seems to follow. It's one step above homelessness - but at an extremely inflated rate. I was told when I called and reserved a space that they do not honor AAA discounts, which might have saved us $10. However, when we departed, we noticed a sign near the entrance that boasts "AAA Approved". (See image) You may well be better off dry camping than wasting your hard-earned money on this investment company-owned RV park.

It good bathroom and laundry area. The dog park was okay but not area let your dog run free off leash. Staff was helpful over the phone. Onsite hours are very limited. Beware are homeless camp down street

Truly surprising course for being located out in the middle of what I consider farm/ranching country. Course is challenging and was in fantastic shape. Unless you're a scratch golfer (or close) expect to lose a ball or 2. Great value at $65 incl. cart. The club house has been remodeled since I last played there. Much more open and inviting. Patio area is expansive with great views and well suited for events such as weddings, class reunions and corporate get togethers. Even has a nice RV park on location.

Don't stay at any of the properties that this company owns. THEY DON'T CARE about paying customers or customer service at any level of their businesses. My husband and I have stayed at Alderwood Rv Resort on and off for roughly 9 months and have experienced many things. This trip we paid for space #79 (the one we always have) and 12 days into our 30 day stay (which was paid for a month in advance) we were told that we would have to move for electrical work for space #80 & 81. The manager thought that it would only take a day or so because we wanted to move back to 79. As of 9/25/22 absolutely nothing has been done but some paint on the ground!! On 9/8/22 the manager called us to tell us that we needed to be out by 9/11/22. At that time we asked to have space 93 cleaned up because it had tall weeds, pinecones and dirt. The manager said she would write up a work order for maintenance to do the work. Needless to say NOTHING happened so my husband and I had to clean up and pull the weeds!!! I told the Manager on 9/13/22 that I was not happy about it at all. She said that there was nothing she could do about it!! Maintenance does NOTHING around here!! The trees and bushes NEED TRIMMED!! The site's are really tight and because nothing gets done you either have a problem opening slides or awnings! I called corporate 3 times about this current stay and NO ONE HAS BOTHERED to call me back!! (Again, they have your money and they just don't care)!! Because of this WE WON'T BE BACK!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Had a great stay over Labor Day Weekend tent camping. We arrived Sat at 11am over the holiday weekend and got the last tent site. Great location close to Northern Cascades national park and is a fantastic option when the park campgrounds are fully booked. Dedicated tent sites were decently spaced apart, had a wood fire ring, and a picnic table. The hot showers were the best after hiking all day!! Note that their deposit system via their website does not actually reserve you a spot, so would not recommend paying before you arrive. Once the dedicated tent sites are claimed, it becomes a free for all in the open field.

Paid 85 dollars for a gravel parking lot with hookups and no wifi. Arrived on Sunday office was closed. Took envelope with assigned site info. Found out from info that they only work 8 to 4:30 on weekdays. Went to office 8:45 Monday morning, office still closed. Guess human interaction not necessary. We will not use this highly overpriced park again.

Extremely friendly staff. Got a site near owner's house. Improvised site with electricity and water. Did not have a site when arrived but in a matter of an hour we got the best site. We got free wood, nice view, great guests around, and a peaceful place to enjoy WA. There are some long term campers, free ice, laundry room and very close access to North Cascades. While was hard at first, the rest of 3 days were uneventful, just enjoy the cascades. For some folks it could be considered a trashy place, if you are patience and have a good heart, you will be having a great stay.

I really hate to leave a bad review -- but we stayed here last weekend and had an awful experience. We emailed to reserve a tent site from 09/02-09/05 because we were arriving around 8:30pm and didn't want to risk a first-come-first-serve campground. Kevin Isdell with Alpine RV emailed back "we reserved you a tent site for your visit you may pay on arrival and are all set." When we got there on 09/02 we were told that the campground was extremely overbooked so there weren't any tent sites available but we could use an RV site. We were also told that this overbooking was typical for this campground. They told us to check out the area before charging us because there were no refunds available. We weren't happy to be between a huge RV with a generator running and a second RV with flood lights on, but it was dark and we didn't really have another option so we decided to stay for one night. To make it worse, a few hours after we got settled, an RV arrived and backed into our site and plugged into the power source. So not only did we lose our reservation, but we were literally sharing the RV site with other campers. It was like if you booked a hotel room and ended up having to share it with strangers? Honestly we would've been just as good sleeping in our car at a Walmart. I definitely wont stay here again. But the staff was really friendly and the facilities were okay - so they get two stars for that I suppose

Gets the job done! We had a very nice stay here after striking out in all the first come, first serve sights in the National Park during Labor Day weekend. I'm not sure if it was the manager or the owner, but a fella with long, white hair and his wife were helping us. Very friendly folks. Our fire pit was actually filled with enough wood for a fire, and the gentleman even said if we needed another piece or two to let him know. They also have someone that sells wood for a good prices next door. This is not an RV resort- no frills kind of place, but that is reflected in the prices. We paid $40/night which is a great price anywhere, but ESPECIALLY for Washington. You couldn't ask for a better location if you're wanting something around the NP. There's a general store, a few restaurants, and a drive-thru coffee shack all within 5 mins. The NP is 15/20 mins away from the RV park. I will warn you, our spot was pretty dirty- as in, actual dirt. Not so much where you would park your RV, but around our table and fire pit, there were some mounds of dirt that would easily get kicked up. That may very well may have just been our site or a few close to ours. They do have WiFi, but it didn't work at all for us. Not a big issue for us personally, but just a forewarning if it is for whomever reads this. Sites and showers/bathrooms are older, but clean. Park has nice surrounding scenery, and they also offer complimentary ice. They do daily, weekly, and monthly rates.

We have traveled from SC to CA and have stayed in hundreds of RV parks this is probably the tightest park I've ever seen. It is so tight there is no quality of life for people to enjoy the outside. Not dog friendly as there are no spaces fenced for furry friends to stretch their legs off leash. No staff to greet you or take up any concerns. No pool and zero parking anywhere. I would never stay here again. Overpriced for what is offered. As a side note you are just a hop away from a metal bar that plays on Saturday night so if you like heavy metal you can hear it in the park loud and clear.

Worst experience with RV campground in USA and Canada ever. Booked and paid for two nights, on our return on 2nd day site was occupied , evidently double-booked. Owner just insistet we would have arrived one day earlier and already stayed two nights - incredible! - and was not willing to argue about not even after being shown credit Card booking with date and receipt. Furthermore the whole location is rundown (dirty toilets, showers partly out of order...) and not clean. We cannot recommend to stay here though it is well situated near North Cascade NP

I would have opted to give you minus five stars but that wasn't an option here!
Spent the weekend out in North Bonneville at your, "Lewis and Clark RV and Campground" all the way out in North Bonneville Washington. The amenities that you guarantee on your website was a joke! No management on duty the entire weekend, maintenance staff complaining that they weren't given the needed supplies to restock bathrooms. The bathrooms were filthy, the showers were filthy and not to mention that the facilities were locked from 9:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. the entire weekend!
With no Management on duty, all hell rained out. There were drunks staggering around all over the property yelling and screaming until three and four in the morning, carrying openly loaded firearms and starting fires outside of the fire pits with blogs they are gathering from the creek that were six and seven feet long. And how are they lighting these logs? Why they were lighting them with gasoline! We had to personally go over it and put one of the fires out early Sunday morning as it was getting close to a tree!
This was just ridiculous, has created a huge liability issue and as well created an unsafe environment for those camping!
I've been a destination property manager for a number of years and this is ridiculous! My question is, "Why would you put your property in the lives of those on your property and Jeopardy by not having qualified Management on site?"
Emergency numbers that went to voicemails, when we notify skamania sheriff's department they replied to contact the management of the trailer park!
Guess what, we tried and we contacted the emergency number that went to what,,,,,
"A FREAKING ANSWERING MACHINE!"
..... NEVER AGAIN, AND IF ANYBODY EVER ASKS WHICH I HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE CONTACT ME AND ASK ME FOR GOOD CAMPING SITES I WILL MOST ASSUREDLY TELL THEM STEER CLEAR OF ANY OF YOUR PROPERTIES!

Nice place. Good amenities, fair prices, well kept sights, and friendly management. Great view and afternoon shade that keeps it cool at night. Nice and quiet compared to other parks in the area. Camping spots available as well. Usually have open spots for both but I recommend calling ahead just in case. Close to dining and supplies in the local town of Marblemount also close to public River access and hiking trails. Not too kid friendly in my opinion if you're looking for that but if not I highly recommend checking it out.

Very unprofessional, my husband called to rent a spot for a month and was told yes he could have it and was not told he needed to put money down. Drove 3 hours to find out that they gave it to somebody else. Thank you to the KOA nearby for letting him stay in the alley free for the night until he found something else.

Had a great trip to their Mayfield Lake Resort property! Staff was friendly and helpful, clean grounds, had lots of family friendly events including multiple live bands, dancing, scavenger hunt, boat and water toy rentals and a great store to treat the kids to ice cream. The Sasquatch mascot, "Squatchy" was a HUGE hit with the kids! Already have a trip to their Silver Cove Resort booked that we're very excited about!

Seems clean , very noisy a lot of full time residents. The spaces are very tight and only enough room to park a small toad , no grass or picnic tables , no room to set outside , if you wanted to.
Lots of people working on vehicles , parking in the drives and parking on the street outside the gate. Someone was in our spot when we got there but moved promptly
Homes in the area are grown up and not groomed at all.
Made me a little uncomfortable staying there
No staff at the park so you park your self and download an app to access the laundry and showers
Everywhere else in the area was booked and we were there for a funeral so we needed to be close. Probably would not stay there again.

it looks like a great place to live but very difficult to find out any info on the space rent for this community you cant email without logging on .

Had a great time playing mallard creek. Course is beautiful. Greens are tricky. First time playing, and can't wait to come back. Lots of challenging holes. There is also a nice rv park. New clubhouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just stayed a week in our travel trailer at the Mallard Creek Golf Course & RV Resort outside Lebanon, Oregon. Mark and all the staff were outstanding and the facilities are extremely nice. They have good WiFi, bathrooms and showers. It was nice to wake up and walk over to the course and golf each day. The golf course is challenging and fun to play.
The resort is only 45 minutes from my home and I figured why travel hours/days when there was a resort close by which had everything I was looking for: golf, scenic views, full hookups, etc.
Bonus was throughout the week friends from Salem, Oregon could drive over and join me for a day of golf. After golfing, we’d lounged at the campsite for dinner before they drove home.
I would highly recommend this resort for anyone in or passing through the area. The resort is only 25 minutes/16 miles east of I-5.

They are liers! First off their Park is filthy, spaces sooo close together that you practically run into your neighbor just opening your door! Dirty doesn't even begin to describe the place, I saw at least four rats running around, garbage, needles, starving animals and the list continues. Run away! Dont look back! Disgusting!

My husband and I stayed here from mid May to mid July. Very convenient to stores and highlights in the area. We found the other residents friendly. The rest rooms and laundry were always clean.
We would aslo like to add a special Thanks to Michelle who was an awesome RV park hostess.

We were tent camping here during a stretch of rainy days and were super happy with the huge trees that covered the sites. The laundry room, hot showers, and clean bathrooms were great especially right next to the park! The ice machine which was free to guests was a super nice perk for us since we’re traveling with a cooler.
The owner came out and chatted with us one night and told us about the area and even provided us a bottle of wine since we were sitting out by our fire in the rain.
This isn’t a fancy place, but it’s clean and has all the basics you could need. The location is great if looking to go to North Cascades!

It's a great place to look for a good manufactured home I like their style craftsmanship and courtesy of their salespeople

This post is to correct the former post.
The health department came and found that it was unfounded. This was poasted by Luke Johnson and was asked to leave as he was nothing but trouble in the park! Left his spot a pig pen! People in the park wanted him gone and offered to sign a petition to remove him! So he called the health department to cause trouble. Good riddance.

Nice place got out all the people always starting trouble now a very peacefully park

The play was slower then molasses, and my cart was a massive terd. The course is challenging - plan on losing balls. Beautiful area and some nice elevation changes. Friendly staff.

Beautiful place,lay back

Not sure if they have a bath house. Great customer service. Basic park not bad. We stayed two nights. Full hookups. No playground or anything but not bad. Lots of permanent trailers there though. Nice place though.

Great spot for the air show, was oddly empty during grandma's marathon. Camping is close together, and no lake but the proximity to Duluth, the airport, and plenty of other great nearby attractions is almost unbeatable.

My experience has been and continues to be that Sam's good RV park typically reserves spaces for honest and genuine people. Now I don't know all or even half of the residents but I wouldn't mind too. Always a family friendly atmosphere.
..but watch out for the guard dog Earl! He is the after hours gate keeper and if you don't belong there, your not getting in..
Like I said, seems to be typically reserved for good ol fashioned, honest folk, sometimes a challenge to find these days.

Terrible rest rooms and laundry.

Quiet. Great rates. Been there 6 seasons.

Management is AWESOME!! Hard worker ,even works after hours he lives on site and is very helpful and kind , its a nice park ,no other parks are any better with the drugs and criminal activity is everywhere even in rich neighborhoods now so I would have to say its a safe little community at Sam's r.v park people watch out for each other and there's cameras all over the property, low rent, garbage paid, free showers, wreck room, washer and dryers, change machine, candy and pop machine. Bathrooms for men and women's with sinks. Its a nice park ,nice people and great manager I like it.
