Disrespectful stocking clerk rudely asked my friend who sat on one of the chairs briefly if he was getting his eyebrows done with a very condescending and rude tone. Is that how you treat your customers? If you don’t like your job, maybe quit instead of spreading misery? We were too polite to escalate the issue but felt bad for the boy’s next victim(s). Other reviewers seem to have encountered this same employee. Embarrassing behavior.
Really helpful staff that helped my friend during a small medical emergency. Very nice and understanding.
I would like to thank Carmen and Morgan for their outstanding service today. Despite being busy, they really went above and beyond to help me and could not have been more kind. They are a credit to this Boots shop.
The best Boots ever. The shop assistants are very knowledgeable and advise right products for me. She even checked promotion price range for me. Superb!
Had enquiry about my refund that wasn't properly processed, dealt with it online and was told to come back to the store where refund was processed. Manager didn't even bother to say Hello or advise me of the process/apologies, told me that I should have receive e-gift card via email. Advised him again that Boots Customer Care told me to come back to the store. Eventually he processed it and gave me physical Boots gift card and told me that he can place an order for me again as this card only works in store and not online which is not right as gift card worked online and I was able to receive cash backfor the order.
Fantastic service on Saturday Morning, 9/3/24 by Pharmacy staff. Busy busy but they were full of smiles and general chat. Thank you !☺️
No aftershave samples to test: all locked away and i don't like shopping with an attendant breathing down my neck. Also too hot, so i just left.
