This shop does not give refunds...even for new goods returned with a label on and receipt.
Every other shop on Princes Street, including the other Scottish shops, in fact, every other shop I know of at all, will refund you for unused new goods with the label on and a receipt.

Yet another that shop. The goods look like they're awful quality. Avoid!
As far as Scottish tourist trap shops go this one's not bad. Mainly focused on clothes - scarves, hoodie, t-shirts - with a splash of keyring and magnets and whatever the craze is now (fidget toys, squid game merchandise, etc). Good prices though and currently running large discounts so worth taking a look.
