Like everything in st andrews this place is a great find, free parking!
Few spaces are offered vs demand for them; embarrassing. Either charge everywhere or make it free everywhere.
Free carpark in the middle of St. Andrews, beware this is a Council owned carpark so is patrolled by parking attendants (yes you must pay these fines) as long as you park within the bays you will be ok.
