We highly recommend Gateway Lofts. The maintenance team is always friendly, professional, and reliable, responding promptly to our requests. They are patient and take the time to ensure that everything is fixed properly. Thanks to the team, they truly enhance the living experience here.

We moved here in May 2022, and one of the best parts of our experience has been the maintenance team. The two maintenance staff have been here since we moved in, and they’re always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Initially, Melissa was the property manager and her team did an amazing job. When Melissa and her team left, the management went downhill, and it was disappointing. But now, Melissa is back, and we couldn't be happier! The community is back to being clean, friendly, and welcoming like before. Thank you to Melissa and the maintenance team for making this a great place to live!

I’ve been a resident since August 2023, and ever since Melissa took over running the property, the experience has improved remarkably. There’s no longer trash lingering in the hallways at any hour of the day, the floors and elevators are cleaner, and the overall resident experience has drastically improved. I highly recommend this property.

Do not recommend at all, especially for anyone who needs assistance via elevators. Elevators are constantly out of service, buzzer is broke so you can’t let anyone or yourself in, trash bin in the parking lot constantly overflows and leaves trash blowing all over against vehicles and everything, and the parking situation is unlike I’ve ever seen: first, you could park anywhere in the lot and if it was full you had to go to the hotel parking down the road. Now to park in the lot you have to pay $50 a month or get lucky and one of three other spots be open. If not, down the road it is and then you have to walk. Insanity.

Liana made the process smooth! The application process was seamless and user friendly! She was so professional and well mannered throughout my whole tour! Her personality alongside the cleanliness of the apartment/common areas sold me! As a Pre-Med student, that is going to be a Medical Doctor in the coming years, I’m thankful to find an apartment community that is kept up to the brim and with employees that have a beautiful smile!

I've lived at gateway lofts for a little over a year now and I love it. The staff here is amazing, especially Alenjandra and the maintenance men. Anytime I've had an issue whether it was renewing my lease, getting a package, or getting something fixed, they've always been attentive and very friendly.

As a former resident of the community, I received a move out statement from the management team in September 2023 indicating that I should be refunded a check for my deposit of approximately $900, and have not received the check until January 2024. I informed the management team of the forwarding address to mail the check on the day I received the statement and have tried to contact the management team by email or phone for the past several months with no response. The previous management team was excellent, some bad reviews have appeared in recent months and many of the 5 star reviews seem to be for the previous management team 🤔
