I have been training with Kristy since my son was about four months old. I was keen to get back into working out and had heard great things about The Healthy Life. Two years later, I’m so glad that I gave it a go! I love that it’s such a positive, welcoming and and non judgemental environment. Being in the fitness industry for years and a Mum of three herself, Kristy is so knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal exercise. She’s also so approachable, lovely and down to earth! The Mums and Bubs classes are awesome and having a nanny there every week for the kids makes it so much easier for Mums to focus on the workout. Kristy’s classes are always fun (yet challenging!) and you walk away feeling great! 🙌🏽

I’ve been training with Kristy for over 3 years and I could not speak more highly of her! Her sessions are challenging for all fitness levels and she’s always able to accommodate and modify exercises for each individual where required. She also offers flexible sessions, which is important to me with my work commitments.

Kristy is passionate and supportive in helping us all achieve our individual goals. She has created a great sense of community amongst the group- it always feels like I’m training with friends!

I highly recommended Kristy as a coach, she is lovely & we always get a great workout. My fiancé & I go to her bootcamp sessions Each week & love it!

I have been training with Kristy for 5 years. Kristy provides a challenging but fun workout. Many of us are at different levels in our fitness but Kristy will modify exercises so that everyone gets the most out of their workout. We are groups of women, both pre and post natal and men all with the same goal - to live a healthier life. Kristy can also provide support with nutrition and diet.
Kristy is flexible with days and sessions meaning you do not need to commit to a particular day or time. This is important for me as my work days vary.
I train with the mums and bubs group and also at boot camp. Each group has such a wonderful, supportive group of people who help make each session fun.
I highly recommend Kristy and The Healthy Life Personal Training.
