It was our first dinner in Ernakulam / Kochi during our family trip to Kerala last December. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the coastal specialties that had distinct flavors. Nice ambiance and service with smiling faces added to our comfort.
Disappointed as I had called 3-4 weeks prior to the function and gave specifics which were not followed despite it being promised .The arrangements were poor as the seating was not planned and quality of spread was not impressive or thought through. Despite mentioning twice the message on the cake was messed up , food took too long to reach and the seating arrangement made it difficult for guests to have a comfortable meal . Overall not satisfied with the experience .Huge room for improvement .Definitely needs work.
Visited the cafe very recently. Ambience was good but it was not enough to make the day best. Staff were not bothered about the guests. They even didn't find time to interact with the guests, take order on time, didn't even get back with the menu we requested. Multiple times they were reminded of taking the order. Not even bothered serving the guests pleasantly. Their attitude was so pathetic that they just wanted the guests to feel uncomfortable. Will never recommend this place for anyone who wants a beautiful day with your near ones.
One might think that this cafe is attached to a 5-star hotel so it should be exorbitantly expensive but that's not the case. The waiting staff are really nice and respectful. The ambience is really good and if you are lucky enough to get a table by the window, you could get spend your time with some people-watching. The only downside is we couldn't find any toilets inside the cafe. You need to step out of the cafe, cross the reception hall and use the hotel guest's toilets which are very clean by the way.
Bubble Cafe at Marine Drive in Taj offers a delightful experience for bubble tea lovers. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere add to the overall charm of the cafe. However, it can get crowded during peak times, so visiting during off-peak hours is recommended for a more relaxed experience.
Reasonable price, I've only tried the breakfast buffet. It was in the end of last year i guess(2020). I really Wanted to review it since then. We were a group of people. The place is so peaceful and connected with nature. You can feel it the moment you step in the restaurant and see the interior.
Having a coffee /tea with a view from those windows means a lot to me.
Staffs seemed generous and courteous. Choices were limited but still they managed to arrange everything we were looking for. Kudos to the team. Keep up with the great work.

The bubble cafe is The gateway Taj hotel's restaurant. Good place to have food and drinks .
Very peaceful place . Mostly people stay in the hotel and have food from this caffe. Service staff , manager , chefs all team members are very talented peoples.
Good atmosphere , quite talk . Good place to came with friends and family.
Very close to the marine drive walk way.
