The attitude of the evening staff was extremely awful. They were unclear about the payment methods and said some strange things in Korean. I have reason to believe these were complaints or insults directed at me. A very bad experience.

Tonkotsu broth is passable, and the egg is okay. However, the pork chashu was literally the worst pork I have ever had - actually nauseating, so go in expecting not to eat the pork.

By the time I got passed the long 1-hour check-in with Hawaiian, and then another 30-minutes for security and customs (much quicker than Hawaiian Airline's line), I came to this place, but they were pretty much out of everything on the menu item except for their Karai Ramen was the only thing they had. This would normally not be a problem, but I was sick, and one little sip had me coughing like crazy. Without my sickness though, I'm pretty sure this would actually hit the spot, and wouldn't be too spicy at all. Couldn't even order the set, which comes with 2 fried dumplings, because they were totally out. By the time I got to the line, the boss told the cashier "this is the last guy." Really? They were that far out of ingredients? Either there's something with the logistics, or they are that popular. Quite surprised. Regardless of the issues behind the kitchen, the staff were still very courteous, and the food is still not bad, but it's just regular pork broth, doused with a lot of Chili Oil, nothing special. The tray return is just on the other side, off to the corner.

Giving this 4 stars for an airport quick service experience. Food was a decent price and decent quality. Beef and rice had way way too many onions …. Would have preferred other veggies.
It was nice to be able to sit there … much less hectic than the food court area. Since it is near the end of the corridor, it was quieter overall.
They had run out of many menu items by about 5 pm, which i found odd.

Super hygienic place. Extremely nice and clean.
Their food is absolutely delicious. Don't forget to try traditional kimchi hot pot udon and shrimp wonton

This has definitely got to be a joke of an airport experience at night. It's one of the few remaining eateries that is open past 10pm. Long queues, big crowds, and no food whatsoever. Everyone just felt extremely miserable here, including the service staff themselves.

People paid for the airport usage fee and there is nothing open after 9pm (compared with any countries in the world, this is the most worst airport in my life thank you )
by the way, there were more than 10 people were lined up for their ordering and i was the last. After 30mins i could get order for food to the guy who is serving alone and he saids need to wait for more than 40 mins due to lack of staffs. That’s how this restaurant running their business and i think he never well trained by their boss or he is the boss with no much experiences. I mean they don’t even know how to notice to customers about waiting time for the food even customers were lined up more than 30 people at there. Well according to the previous reviews i can feel how they have been done their service to the customers. However, they don’t even care about customers are sharing their terrible experiences here and their rudeness too.

This airport branch had the worst customer service, we wanted to order food at 830pm but they said that they were already closed. To my surprise since it's next to our gate 40 they were open serving as normal. And when I asked the guy there why didn't he tell us at least to come back in an hour or so. He acted as if he doesn't know English. And when asked him for his supervisor, he said that he is the supervisor.
Don't go there or any if their braches, even if their food is good, customer service ruined it!
