The View Hospital

I recently had spine surgery at The View hospital, and I was thoroughly impressed. The breathtaking view from the window creates a serene atmosphere, making it hard to believe you’re in a hospital. The care was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service.

I have had the best hospital experience in my life here and I was only here for 2 days (before the surgery it was 3 weeks of back n forth check ups), but the amount of professionalism before I was even admitted and the care to this hospital from all staff was extremely overwhelming good that I had never experienced in any of the hospitals across all of Doha. Nurses strictly talk about work, receptionists care and listen to you to ensure that you are welcomed. The doctor was very transparent, gentle, friendly, talkative and visit you to check on you every day of my visit there. I was well taken care of by Nurse Hussein, Vena and to Kristine. I was able to sleep without any troubling noises, when I needed any of the nurses the response was rapid from them and they took care of me very well. I was provided with average to excellent food and they provided me with Aniseed tea which is now my favorite tea. Dr Kiril, god bless him and all the nurses who are in his team and I hope him the very best. I advise anyone to ignore all these 1 star reviews from people who might be too spoiled from what I’ve seen when people make up injuries just to have days off work from my experience of the ones who shout at the receptionists. However, when you are really in pain then the doctors,nurses, staff (security, room/ general service and pharmacists) would do anything to take care of you ! This hospital is the best there, I lastly want to thank them a lot for being so supportive and transparent with my insurance company. Whoever had given this a 1 star either needs to reconsider especially with the professionalism across this hospital!
My journey was amazing and I hope everyone has the same journey as I did from the security guy, valet, receptionist, room services, wonderful nurses, and caring doctor!

The doctor experience from my first time without any anesthesia was done so well and I didn’t feel a thing until the end as the doctor hands were very gentle. For the final surgery, the doctor had recommended anesthesia as it was a deeper cut and I didn’t feel any pain after the surgery was over.

I filed a complaint to The View Hospital.

I made a recent visit to The View Hospital with a serious respiratory infection which resulted in severe coughing for several weeks.
I paid a lot of money for their service without any results, I was still sick after 5 days and my coughing got worse.
I could not justify paying more money for a follow up.

The doctor examined me and prescribed medicine; 3 days worth of antibiotics, which was not enough.
I got sicker, their treatment did not work.
I ended up in Primary Care University hospital with much better results. I felt better with the correct medication.
I feel like I wasted my time and money at The View Hospital.

I requested a refund ! I was Very disappointed with the service I received.

No one likes to need to be ill and to need to go the hospital but this amazing place makes it a lot better. The staff, nurses and doctors are very kind, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, feels like being on a 5 star hotel, the food is delicious too. I had an emergency operation and had the pleasure to meet Dr. Salaam Sadi, he is an exceptional doctor, he was there for me in every step of my recovery, very caring, patient and innovative. He is completely amazing and I’ll be forever grateful to have find him.

- Facilities: Top-notch and highly advanced.
- Building: Comparable to a 5-star hotel.
- Nursing team: Qualified and incredibly helpful.
- Services: Very good.
- Call center: Needs some training.
- Doctors: Lack experience based on multiple visits.
Conclusion: If you have a serious condition and need highly skilled doctors, choose Hamad. However, if you prefer exceptional care with a luxurious experience and fancy facilities, this is the place for you.

It could have been 5 stars but the receptionists/call center agents need more training on professionalism. The call center did not book me to the appointment I requested. The 2nd floor OPC receptionist doesn’t smile and booked me to neurologist instead of urologist! No apologies received as well.

The doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, pharmacists, and cleaners did exceptional jobs though. Special thanks to Dr. Wael.

The facility is also really fancy, clean and well-organized. Felt more like a hotel than a hospital.

A state of the art hospital in Doha. Reception is helpful. Staff is pleasant. Waiting time in the outpatient clinic is short.

My son went to see Dr. Nataly Ghanim, who is great pediatrician.

There’s plenty of parking space, and the hospital is clean
