I went with flu symptoms and after waiting for one hour, at 1am, doctor told me they only treat major emergencies like heart attack.
The worst treatment from a so called hospital, my wife got rashes all over her body she can't sleep from it and they give her a card with other health centers to go there while locals just coming and giving care not directed to any of the locations.
First arrive told me that was not a good place especially from that tu..an guy in the reception who did know anything about just being a respectful and helpful.
It was friday and she had to wait till sunday in that suffering till she get her treatment from her health center.
There is no humanitarians here.

The only people I found caring was the ones who assisted me in the ambulance... 1 star is only for them.. Doc is male I don't want to mention nationality shame on him for not even trying to listen what I'm suffering with...pls don't waste ur time going there!! Left in wheel chair and I have to be assisted by myself...
Other one came and told me to get up as some other are waiting for wheel chair.. so unprofessional

I recently had an unfortunate experience left me feeling disappointed and ashamed. I had hoped that my employee would receive the care and support she needed especially as she entered with high BP ~ 177/106 with dizziness and nausea.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere seemed disorganized. The staff appeared careless and lacking in empathy, which only added to our anxiety. Their communication skills were lacking, as they failed to provide clear instructions or explanations about the procedures or the expected wait time.
Furthermore, the staff were unhappy about any questions we asked with regard to the procedures & wait time, and were a bit rude!!
Another issue we encountered was the lack of thoroughness in the medical examination. The healthcare professionals seemed rushed and overly focused on wrapping up things rather than patient care. This resulted in a superficial assessment of my employee’s condition! Where we had to visit a private clinic for proper health care!!!
This experience reminded me of an incident where I had to visit the ER in Cambridge, UK. I was treated as a foreigner better than I was dealt with here as a local!!! What a shame!👎🏻

Worst medical experience I ever had in my life. I was referred to do ultrasound or be seen by orthopedic, which was not done. I got 2 times unnecessary steroid injections "for pain relief" and got side effects. Nurse couldn't get vain in 3 attempts and it was really painful. Full time was around 9 hours. I came on my feet and left on wheelchair. Terrible!
How is this hospital operating. Even In Africa I’ve had better treatment than what I experienced here . I’m not even sure if the guy I saw is even a qualified doctor.
The doctor wants me to visit first a health center and even medicine he don't like to give. But when I insisted he gave the prescription and ask me to go to pharmacy. But it looks like they don't want to treat any patient there.
