5 star rating for the services they provide. A very good emergency option for kids and babies. They don’t even charge you anything. Much better system than other countries

Its called emergency division but never attended a child on time, every time we visit here always spend more than 2 hours for triage number only.. then doctor number..

I have been complaint and send feedback last year to Hamad Hospital on this matter even though no action has been taken other than the service takes longer than before..

Because whoever visit here, they comes with children who is not well so parents cannot spend or hold them longer time which happening here..

The concern department should take action or plan to avoid this hustle to get a good health service to the residents.

It was a nightmare, had to wait from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to finally see a doctor, not because the Health Centre is overcrowded, but because locals get priority access without queues, my question is only local's children are only children, how about expatriates, when it comes to health, everyone's health should be the priority, not based on citizenship, if it works that way, it is clear discrimination.

Staff are aggressive and unresponsive if you speak a language other than Arabic.

This is not an emergency, I arrived at 11:30 with my children who had flu like symptoms and high fever, yet the service was extremely slow. It used to be a good place before, but it's no more. one of the worst health-care systems, not even worth for a single ⭐️

Unfortunately this hospital used to be one of the good health centre to take my kids to.

Now it's become very inefficient & unprofessional. Wait time for doctors is usually running upto 2+ & 3+ hours.

Management needs to look into this and resolve the issue. (hopefully soon)

As PR holder, I paid only QR10 for whole medication and consultation, thankful for that 😇. Staff are great and helpful too. All you need is just a lil bit patience of waiting.
