Employee was rude, food was nasty! Mac & cheese was dry and looked old, coleslaw looked like potato salad, was horrible. Signature wings were dark and hard to bite into, ordered a 3 piece combo, didn't have the spicy wings, said I had to wait 20 minutes, so I asked for the 6 piece spicy, hard chicken, peppers tasted old, the only thing that tasted half good was the biscuit & ot was hard!! $40 wasted, I wouldn't tell anyone to go to that popeye's on grand river & the Southfield freeway. I would've did better going to Churches chicken. Went up there around 1:30 pm. Will never go there again & I'm calling corporate!! Smdh
How disappointing is this place! It has gone to hell. Don't waste your time here. Go out of your way and go to another Popeye's Chicken. You'll be glad you did.

My apple pie is missing never got it , They only gave me 10 fries unless my door dasher ate them The box is completely folded open This is Michigan and it is winter time so the fries are cold on top of me not receiving the correct portion size so either Popeye's messed up or the DoorDasher ate my fries and forgot to close the box and also took my apple pie
You’ll be waiting in the drive through for at least 30 mins - 1 hour. After waiting all that time, you better hope your food is right so check your bag. Staff doesn’t care & move like there’s nothing to do while they have a long queue of people. Go somewhere else - ANYWHERE ELSE.
Extremely long wait and once I went to place my order, I was told that they were only able to serve those that had exact cash and change or Plastic and I had to settle for chicken strips instead of chicken wings. They were extremely crowded, so I understood that's what happens when you're that busy. Unfortunately based on the experience that also affects the score.
Popeyes takes a lot of criticism for bad service but the young lady who was handling the drive-thru was really super nice and courteous. she was getting the line down. if they didn't have an item she let me know nicely and took care of me and I really respected that. also, all my food was freshly prepared! I didn't get her name but she was there on this Saturday night handling her business.
I didnt even want to give this location ONE damn star! This place needs immediate closing. First, For remodeling in and outside. Speaking of remodeling, the picture that is on the website. Is Fake, Falsely and misleading!!!!! Secondly, retrain employees! From, their sales approach, attire, food handling and cleanness. My experience just with this location alone. I think 🤔 I can really STOP 🛑 paying my hard earn income on businesses who allow this kind of treatment to take place.
