Felsons - Bristol

We went in on a bank holiday Sunday, it wasn't overly busy and lights didn't work over the table we paid for, whilst this was known by staff it was not communicated before payment. We were moved after asking to a private room which was nice until the music volume increased tenfold and very dissapointingly bad music where even shouting could not be heard. We paid for an hour of pool and the time wasn't extended for the time we played on a faulty table. The cocktails were disappointing at best, for a cocktail and pool bar, they have mastered neither. Very disappointed for what we paid for.

Visited Felsons saturday night, great staff especially Karon, amazing woman very helpful…. offered some great deals on shots and corona deals ;))) great for anyone who wants a chill night with some pool, recommend booking a table before hand was a bit of a wait but still an amazing experience:)))

Really good atmosphere and good pool tables. Staff were lovely, Yonatan was a great help- made the experience a 10/10. A really chill place to play pool and would definitely recommended!

I visited for my first time on Friday. I loved the hospitality and service provided by Yonatan. He was very kind and took really good care of me and my brother. Very professional and a good laugh too!

Just been here to play some pool with my pals. Immaculate vibes, beers were lovely too. Bar staff Viv & Karen were spot on, can’t fault it. Definitely recommend for a few pints and a laugh

The place was amazing! Perfect for people wanting to enjoy a game of pool and chill with a drink or two. Viv and Karin were hilarious and would definitely return every day!

I was served by Yonatan he was a lovely gentleman, very polite and knew his cocktails he made them just how I like it and made the overall experience very pleasant and enjoyable would definitely come by again just for his drinks
