We reached out to the company to explore their anti-counterfeiting solutions. Unfortunately, the sales representative was 15 minutes late to our initial meeting without prior notification, and rather than accommodating the delay, our session was expedited through a cursory introduction led by an Authena employee whose proficiency in English was questionable.
Despite this initial setback, we were willing to offer a second opportunity and arranged for a demo. It was agreed that Authena would provide a NDA before we could share detailed information about our requirements. Regrettably, they failed to send the NDA and abruptly cancelled the scheduled demo, on account of us not giving them more details, with less than an hour's notice, not responding to our subsequent email inquiry.
