booking something through ovation is worse than doing it yourself.

I don’t know what ovation travel is Like now. I never had a more unpleasant working experience in my life. The corporate culture of this office is to tell or be hold on. They encourage employees
to snitch on each other And assume that any employee is guilty until proven innocent. If there is an issue with the client, they will always take the client side. Luckily, the manager that I worked under is no longer there.. It was blatant to see who she liked, and who she didn’t like. She talked with some staff members about other staff members. She was basically a nightmare. The last assistant manager that she had working under her Was equally as bad. He had no manners and was ready to jump at anyone for any reason without thinking. Maybe now that American Express is in charge. Things will have gotten a little better. At least American Express knows how to be professional.

Awesome experience! Their travel agents are very responsive and responsible! Fantastic communication - they responded to my request and query promptly and documentation was clear. It has been a real pleasure. I look forward to working with them again soon! Thank you Ovation!

Wildly unprofessional. The staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing and doesn’t know much about travel but the basics .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Took days to get a response from them, and by that time flight prices had already changed and had to be re-evaluated. They had 5 different reps working on different flights which caused tons of confusion for everyone. I would have to call 10+ times and email them to get a response to a simple question. They would ask me questions that had already been answered in the same email chain (if they would just scroll down they would see the answer.

The workers they hire here need to travel. I was reprimanded for doing a job there and was lied on by one of the staff. The only guy i had interactions with was quoting scriptures. I hope this business does better with booking flights!

Wasted an hour trying to get the contact email for a hotel from one of their reps. The individual I was dealing with either didn't care to read my messages or was so incompetent that it didn't matter whether she did. I eventually had to circumvent the rep and call the hotel to get the proper information. I give 2 stars only because the rep followed up with the proper information 20 minutes after I had already given up hope for their sake. Honestly felt like I was watch Adam Sandler's answer during the climax of Billy Madison, and certainly felt dumber following the interaction.
