Flights are often delayed and sometimes disrupted. The flight crew are always pleasant and helpful, they're always well turned out, and do a great job.

Will never use this excuse of an airline again. Booked tickets to attend a family wedding. They cancelled the flights but i have to request my money back. After 10 days still waiting and cannot book more flights until i get my refund. They do not answer phones and do not reply to messages.
Avoid at all costs stick with the bigger airlines.

Flight from Edinburgh to Cardiff:
-Small plane
-Friendly flight attendant
-Complimentary tea or coffee with a biscuit 🍪 or chocolate 🍫 bar
-Plane did show signs of wear and tear
-Flight was relatively smooth / good pilots

We're from South Africa and have traveled around the world including third world African countries and this airline is far and away the worst airline I've ever dealt with. Our flight was canceled without us being notified. We rebooted ourselves for the next day. Once booked in and through security noticed the boards telling us this next flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later. Without any notification or correspondence or any people within the airport. The Logan air app still showing the original flight! Pathetic non existent support or service

Not impressed with Scotlands budget airline. Both of my flights were delayed over an hour. No vouchers offered. The flights are not cheap and then they nickel and dime you charging an extra $25 for carry on bag that was a bit over 6 kg. Who has a carry on suitcase that weighs less than 6 kg??? That’s barely the weight of the suitcase.
Flight attendants, I just say, were lovely. As was the check in guy at Heathrow terminal 2.
Overall, take it if you must but plan for delays and surprise charges .

Have you ever felt trapped in the airport? If not, try flying with Loganair. The 16:05 flight from Exeter to Newcastle was unfortunately canceled today due to a technical fault with the plane. I understand that sometime unforseen events happen, but to still be at the airport at 22:00 as they try to book a room is more than a little ridiculous. No dinner either...
Update: Hurray, hotel booked at 22:20. I wonder if they still serve food? Also appreciate the offer to be picked up from the hotel tomorrow at 11:00 (check out time) to be taken to the airport for a 19:30 flight... otherwise no food tomorrow too. I look forward to spending another eight and a half hours exploring the sights of Exeter Airport; because the ten plus hours today was not enough.
I must be honest and say that I opted for option 2, lunch at own expense but reward of few hours in Exeter and getting picked up from the hotel in the evening in time for the flight. I shall look forward to landing at Edinburgh tomorrow around 21:00 and traveling another 3 hours or so by some means of transport arranged by Loganair to Newcastle. Just hope that today's saga is not repeated tomorrow and we actually take off. Although, not too hopeful given the fact that 3 of the Loganair's planes had technical issues today. Also, do you think Loganair will refund the extra parking charges at Newcastle Airport?
I must genuinely say thank you to the Airport staff who were trying to help and had a challenging job on their hands. It is too bad that their hands were tied behind their backs by Loganair who would not approve the hotels swiftly or offer to cover dinner expense/takeaway at the airport or the hotel either. Although they did offer £10 voucher at 19:30 for light refreshments.
As you probably have guessed by now, I would highly recommend flying with Loganair. I suppose they did fly in an engineer from Edinburgh to try and fix the plane, shame that they could not (hydraulic issue with the brakes I believe). Again, things happen, but doing so meant the empty seats on tonight's flight to Edinburgh were missed. They also refused to cover the cost of flights by other airlines, cost of trains, or hire cars that would have enabled me and my colleague to get home faster. It's Loganair or Loganair...
It might have been a tough day, but not as tough as the day for the disabled passenger who was trying to attend a funeral tomorrow and now won't have the chance to say her final goodbyes. Again, credit to the Exeter Airport staff, they were attentive and tried to do their best within the tight remit allowed by Loganair.
Maybe one day Loganair will have a Loganair representative at the airport.
Well done Loganair 🛩️! Plenty of room for improvement.
Ps. To be transparent Loganair did offer to refund the booking, but then you are on your own in trying to arrange onward means of travel to your destination at whatever the expense it may turn out to be.

Amazing flight experience! Flew to Islay during Storm Dudley, extremely strong winds that day, the pilot did a fantastic job!
Tickets are kind of expensive, you could probably fly to Berlin and back 4 times for the cost of a single ticket. Great service though!
