Very good service especially the staff Vishnu

A bit expensive and a tad disappointing that I had to return the following day because the tailor was not in that day. However, I found a great churidar that was on trend with today’s Indian fashion and was made of excellent material. The alterations were perfect when I returned.

Soch at Lulu Mall Kochi is my favorite spot for beautiful ethnic wear. The staff provided an excellent service, making my shopping experience even better. While it's a bit on the expensive side, the high-quality clothing makes it worth the price. If you're looking for premium ethnic attire, I highly suggest checking out this elegant and stylish store.

Me and wife visited this ladies garments out let twice, there is lots of choice and selection, cost very reasonable compared to other outlets in Lulu hypermarket. Staff very polite and attentive.

They have some of the worst altering people. I wanted to just shape the dress and she was super rude. I asked her if she wanted to see what needs to get done she was like "If you want you wear and show". And after 45 mins I came to get the altered dress, it was still loose and she was no where to be found, and its been 15mins and I am still here waiting for her.

Get good tailoring staff.

The collections were alright and the guy who helped me get clothes were good. But this is just horrible that I have to be treated with disrespect and waste my time here.
