Apartments are small, kitchen, poor upkeep kitchen appliances are the cheapest money can buy and elevators sometimes out of order for weeks or months at a time.
Garbage is left outside of the laundry room. Except for the first floor hall, which is cool the upper floor are hot and unkempt This is a building that has many seniors living here. I only gave it one star because I couldn't post this without giving one. The Elms is no longer a senior building, it is now section 8 housing allowing only the lowest of Tenants an apartment. The Elms is now the talk of the Town, BUT not in a good way.
