KidStrong Elmwood Park

My son began KidStrong in March and I have seen such an increase in confidence in and outside of the gym. He is helping out around his School and being a leader. He has embraced his “alpha” status in all aspects of daily activities. When I signed up for this membership, I thought it was going to primarily focus on physical activity, but they incorporate life skills into the curriculum making this such a well-rounded program.

I love KidStrong. The facility is clean. The goal of the center is to make the kids mentally, physically and socially stronger. Coaches empower the kids giving them the confidence they need to thrive in everything they do. The coaches are dedicated to the kids and find fun activities building the kids confidence. Working on their physical strength, mental and character development gives them confidence. Now you hear them saying, “ I am strong. I am brave. I can do this! “
Coaches inspire the kids to become more independent. We see a positive change in our kids. They are getting more confident and happy too!

Although Kidstrong had a rocky start due to its previous owners, Gina, the new owner, has breathed new life into this location. Her response to countless emails, organizing several age groups, and bringing two apps that help run this place have all worked wonders. I am amazed at how well everything is running, and my son, even though he's still in observer mode, looks forward to coming back for more.
I trust the trainers at Kid Strong to help my child progress and reach his full potential.

My wife and I stopped by to see this place and observe a couple of classes. The staff, the coaches, the experience for the kids - it's fantastic! And the new owners have done a great job relaunching - I highly recommend you check them out; they will do wonders for your kids.

After a long time waiting, not for the fault of the new owners, we started in early March. The class my four year old is in is amazing! Great skills building and effort in team building. The coaches are wonderful and supportive and he is always excited to go! I can’t recommend KidStrong enough, and the owners Gina and Bernie are extremely communicative and forthcoming. Trust and happiness all around!

Just did a trial class for my 4 year old son and we loved it! We greeted right away and they let my usually shy son explore the gym area. Class started promptly and they had a variety of activities ready for the kids! The class kept my son interested and busy!! We will be back :)

Staff are incredible, the facility is top notch, and the classes are age appropriate for the students. I know my daughter will get so much out of being a member of KidStrong!
