Fantastic find! This place is cozy, friendly, and inexpensive despite being so close to Rockefeller.
If you have a sweet tooth, the Chocolate Hazelnut filled Churros are absolutely delicious.

Food and service was good. My turkey sandwich tasted great and the fries were solid. Atmosphere was fine, it was lunch mid day and they had the music cranked up so it was hard to have a conversation. But maybe some people like that.

Would go back for a safe work lunch spot.

Love the vibe of this place. Every single dish we ordered was delicious.

French Onion Soup - Good, but I would recommend sharing this.

Fried Cauliflower - Flavorful and light.

Wings (House Buffalo) - I can't stop thinking about these.

Sirloin Sliders - So juicy and tender.

Fish & Chips - Lightly battered and crispy.

Churros - I thought chocolate filling and chocolate dipping sauce would be too overwhelming, but they were subtle and not too sweet.

I would love to return and try more of their dishes!

Great bar in New York. I sort of stumbled on it after walking back from Rockefeller Centre. Fantastic upmarket bar with wood panelling and metal work. Had a good selection of beers on tap and a library of spirits. My wife had a Mocktail i think Passion Spritzs. Gets busy with local workers from office blocks less tourists but good vibe. Food seemed very good and popular, we had the chicken wings at the bar.

I recently visited **Elgin Public House** with my friends, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Here are my thoughts:

1. **Atmosphere**: The ambiance was warm and inviting. The cozy interior created the perfect setting for a relaxing meal with friends.

2. **Service**: The staff at Elgin Public House were attentive and friendly. They made sure we felt welcome and attended to our needs promptly.

3. **Food**: The food was **good**—flavorful and satisfying. We tried their mocktails, and they instantly became my personal favorites. Refreshing and well-balanced!

Overall, Elgin Public House is a great spot to unwind, enjoy good food, and spend quality time with friends. I highly recommend it!

We had an excellent dinner at Elgin. First time we were ever there. It's kind of tucked away right by the diamond district.
It felt very neighborhoodly. Did NOT feel like a tourist place at all.
-Tuna Poke Nachos were amazing. We ate every last bite.
-Pigs in a Blankey were delicious. It's a puff pastry on the outside and a sliced hotdog (almost like a knockwurst) The dipping mustard was really good.
-Chopped Salad was great. One got the chicken and the other salmon, and they were both cooked to perfection. I love watercress, but be warned that is the only lettuce in the salad which i found to be strange, never saw that anywhere else. Also, the watercress wasn't chopped so it made it a little hard to eat.
-The Side of Salt & Vinegar Fries were really delicious
-Chicken Milanese looked good, but super fried.
Large portions. Great pub dark atmosphere
Service was excellent. They have food runners so that makes a huge difference.
Can't wait to go back!
