Its actually a fun experience.. recommend for people who is interested with alchemy things!
I bought the ticket on the spot. Some of people already wait for the next english tour, so we came on the right time. We dont wait very long time and the tour is quite short.

Inside they will told you some stories about the place & alchemy history of the place. our guide is a cute young lady and very patient while we took some of pics.

The group itself is like 15 person i think, a bit crowded since the place is very narrow, especially in the basement. But we take turns, so no biggie. Anyway its quite fun and unique. They also sell some potions that maybe u can buy, but its quite expensive lol.

Nur mit Führung buchbar, daß ist aber sinnvoll. Hochinteressante, fesselnde Führung in englischer Sprache, auch für nur mittelmäßige Englischkenntnisse sehr gut verständlich. Ich habe viel dabei gelernt und sehr interessante Fakten erfahren, ohne mit Daten erschlagen zu werden. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Achtung: Die Preise für die Elixiere sind sehr hoch!

Eine süße kleine Führung durch die Kellergewölbe eines alten Alchemisten und ein schöner Einblick in das Leben des 16. Jahrhunderts. Als kurzer Zwischenstopp lohnenswert.

Achtung: Man kommt nur mit Führung in die Kellergewölbe, ohne Führung kann man leider nur den Laden Begutachten.

In a very unassuming building, you find a place with so much history and so much intrigue! As someone who has always been fascinated by high fantasy and the medieval history, this was one of the best experiences I could have had in Prague. I highly recommend people to go check this out.

It was a cool and (new) experience to learn about alchemy through the guided tour. The English tours are every hour so expect some waiting time. They only take cash and it’s 200CZH/ person. Could be fascinating for kids :)

This museum offers a unique and fascinating experience that takes visitors back to the 16th century, which was considered the golden age of alchemists. They were skilled chemists who dealt with inventions and discoveries related to energy, the creation of new materials, and even potions such as love potions and life extension. The entrance to the museum is also unique and worth seeing. The tour is conducted by an English-speaking guide who fluently explains the history of the place and the people who worked there. Visitors will also have the chance to explore the dark cellars that were used by the alchemists for experiments and keeping their potions safe. The museum is perfect for those who love history combined with dark science fiction, including skulls, spirits of the sky, and secret passages.

Amazing! Guided tour of alchemy rooms including underground through a secret tunnel. The place is mostly replicas but it's realistic. I'm leaving some of the negatives below, but still worth going.

One big negative is that the tour guide rushed through the explanation, it was hard to catch all the information she spilled out (shame). She did give us enough time to look around and take pictures after. One of the coolest parts is how the door is opened through the bookshelf, but she rushed through that too and we didn't get a chance to experience it properly, try it ourselves or make a video.

More on the service, the women at the front that sold tickets were also not the friendliest and kept chatting with each other the whole time. No toilets here! I asked for a toilet and I was told they don't have one (weird?). They also didn't suggest alternatives. There's no place to leave the jackets (winter time), so we asked and they let us put them in a chair behind the desk.
