All products are very good quality.. and behavior of staff is very good

Worst outlet. I have been shopping here for the last 4 5 years. There was lower which I purchased last month and I went there to exchange it after one week as the time to exchange was 15 days. All was good but when I told them this is the lower (pajama) I want and please exchange the old then they charge me extra money even though the new and the old product was of the same price. At the time of original purchase there was some discount as my shopping was of more than 3000 so the lower cost me 645 (800 original mrp) but when I exchange the old one with the new lower they asked me to pay 145 more as they said that this was a discounted price and now for the new one we will charge you the full price. Which is insane, i asked them to show me the policy where it is mentioned.

Hugely disappointed, they first ask you to shop more for discount and at the time of exchange of any product they will charge you the full price which does not even make sense. 0 star, it's not about the money but about the transparency and exploitation of customers.

Pathetic sales person and pathetic staff and management...after 2 hours of shopping and worth rs12000 bill ..they are asking for 20 rs more for bags....THESE STORES NEEDS TO BE CLOSED...
