I’ve been to this franchise so many times and this is the first time it happened, I want to order chicken leg over rice and they have more than 10 chickens hanging back there but refuse to sell ONE chicken leg over rice to me because they sold too many in the morning and too many chickens are cut now, means they need to get rid of the chicken first before cutting another one. When I go to the other ones I had no problem with paying extra to do that, and THEY REFUSED TO SELL SOMETHING THEY HAVE! This is ridiculous.

You can find the authentic Cantonese style Rice Casserole here, many different favors with reasonable price. You can tell it’s cooked with the casserole since the rice absorbs all the favor and very yummy, essentially the crispy rice on the bottom of the casserole. My favorite is the preserved Meat Rice Casserole and the he bitter melon with black bean sauce.

Kings Kitchen quickly became one of my favourite Chinese restaurants during my visit to NY.
Despite its tiny layout and closely spaced tables, the restaurant offered a diverse menu at reasonable prices. From fried noodles to congee, the array of dishes was impressive. The bustling atmosphere, while a testament to its popularity, did mean that the tables were close together, limiting privacy and creating a less-than-cozy feel.
The service, though acceptable, left room for improvement, as the staff seemed occupied with their conversations.
Overall dining experience and the quality of the food make Kings Kitchen a recommended stop, especially if you find yourself in Brooklyn
-Fried wonton 4/5
-Yellow Eel rice casserole 3/5
-Roasted duck 4/5 rice roll with BBQ pork 4/5
-Soy sauce chicken leg noodle soup 4/5.

A spot I have been returning to because their bbq items are good and decent price and amount.
Tried something new today and were not so happy, the so call grilled whole squid is not valid advertisement , the squid was cooked in a stew completely and then tossed on the grill for like 2 seconds. Very weird texture and taste, do not recommend. The chicken with truffle was A-okay. Chicken was over fried so they are bit hard on the exterior, interior lacks Falcon/seasoning.
All and all, stick to their classic dishes such as bbq or traditional dishes, then you’d be okay.

It's a little dive that has amazing food. The place decor doesn't look like much, for those in the know you don't go there for the decor, the food is very good. The roasted pork, and char siu are very good, worth going there for that alone. The clay pot rice is very good too, priced very reasonably.

The authentic Cantonese style. Can't go wrong with the traditional clay pot rice. The portion is not as big for four people. It serve for two people only. The eel rice is tender with churchy rice at the bottom.
The BBQ squid is the best with the BBQ meats. The chicken and roasted park is not dry. The meat has perfect size of it. Not too salty too.

Great food! Came here for lunch with the family. Didn't get to sit downstairs, they were so busy that they opened up upstairs for us. I prefer upstairs decor anyways. And also less noisy. Eveything we order was delicious. Especially the rice rolls and clay pots casseroles.
