Food was delicious. Service was not great. Had to wait for 30min for our food and even then the server barely came to our table and we had to go out of our way to get a hold of them to pay so we could leave.

Solid spot for some halal hakkah dining. The restaurant is well kept and the staff are attentive and friendly. Tried a few items on the menu and liked them all. The crispy ginger beef was good and had nice sweet and spicy flavor to it. It doesn't come with gravy but it's dressed in seasoning and it works well. the chilly chicken and the sweet and sour chicken were both good as well. Although I wasnt provided with the gravy chilly chicken which would have been better. Also tried the combo chicken and shrimp fried rice which was also good.

Such a good place. Good food. I ordered fried dumplings which are not so great but their chilli chicken is No.1 till now. Veg and chicken hakka noodles are yummy too. One of the best item in menu is Fish pakora 🫶🏻 super delicious. According to price the quantity and quality both are great.Moon always serve us with a great smile ❤️ for all this food we just pay $30. They give 2 side sauces. And white rice are free of cost 🥹

First time eating Hakka Chinese food. Literally tastes like regular old Chinese food, just has a lot more of stronger flavours (salt).

The restaurant is kind of dark (bright enough to see, but feels kind of dark). The restaurant isn't that big.

We ordered the Cantonese Mixed Chow Mein, Vegetable Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, and Fried Chicken. We also order 1 of each pop cans (Ginger Ale, Iced Tea, Crush).

The way this restaurant seemed to serve the food is by giving you the appetizers first (if you ordered it), waiting till you basically finish the appetizer, and then they give you the main meals.

The Fried Chicken dish came and it also had a slice of lemon in the dish. My friend find a single strand of hair on the lemon. That dish got taken back to the kitchen. And we either got a new Fried Chicken dish, or we got the same one back, but without that lemon. My friend also asked for better lemon slices, cause the lemon that we got as a replacement, looked used.

The Fried Chicken was strong in the salt flavour. A bit too salty. The Chow Mein came with so much vegetables and other meats stacked on top of the noodles. The Chow Mein tasted exactly how it always tastes like (from my extensive memories of eating so much Chow Mein), just a bit more saltier. The Fried Rice was decent as well, just pretty salty. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls were decent.

They do give you a pitcher of cold water when you get seated down. They also have us straws for our pops. They give a decent proportion of food, like stacking high, kind of like a small hill of food on the oval plates.

It's just okay Chinese food. Nothing to write home about, not super good. Food was pretty much just salt and grease. The prices here are pretty decent, compared to other Chinese cuisine restaurants. Like cheaper than expected. 99% of their dishes were pretty much under $20. We paid a total of $65 before tips for the 4 dishes and 3 pops.

Chinese food-- I mean Hakka Chinese food that doesn't break the bank.

We ordered the garlic chicken, veggie Manchurian balls and vegetable fried rice. For dessert we booth the fried pineapple ice cream. The food came very quickly but the food had a little less seasoning that the times I usually came here and there was one piece of chicken that was not fully cooked. Some food I would recommend for you to order is the pineapple ice cream, the chickens, the beans, and the Manchurian veggie balls.

Heard great things about this place so we had to make the trek out here. I’ve had chili chicken at a few other Hakka places but this place tops them. It’s actually spicy which I’m happy about, and although it’s fried, I don’t feel gross and extremely sluggish afterwards (a big fear I have when eating Hakka).

We also had the Manchurian beef and veggie dish which were both also great quality and delicious. Would 100% return.

Good spot for Hakka Chinese in Markham. Gets crazy busy over the weekends, so plan accordingly. The chicken momos and the hakka noodles were very good. I found the chilli chicken a tad greasy but overall good food at great price
