My entire experience with them from start to finish has been amazing! They are so gentle and sensitive about my loss and took care of everything with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. And Toph's.

These are amazing people! They have cremated 2 of our dogs in the last year and have been nothing short of wonderful! The young man that does the cremation is so kind and genuine! They took great care of our babies and made the whole process less difficult than it already was. Thank you so much for being so kind!

It was such a blessing to have this attention given to our little Sadie. We unexpectedly had to put her to sleep and knowing that our baby would be taken care of so well by the kind and compassionate staff was so reassuring during this difficult time. They helped us to obtain her paw print and handled her with care. The cremation process was seamless and we had no doubts about only our pet being returned to us. They ensure that only your pet goes in, and only your pet is returned to you. They placed her in a precious little tin and gave her a certificate of cremation. We are very pleased with our experience here and it has helped us to gain closure with the loss of or little dog. Thank you to everyone for your help and guidance in this tough loss for our family.

Our pet passed on a month ago, and we were happy to find a place that offered more services to pet owners. Everyone involved was very kind and professional. We were allowed to spend as much time as we needed with our dear pet. Those of us who knew her best brought something to read (a poem and a Bible passage from Romans 8:20, 21 kjv). Then Pastor Dave offered to pray with us and lifted our spirits too! I am sending a prayer up for those who have lost loved ones that they too will be comforted.. It is the saddest of times and would be such a difficult line of work. God bless you all!

I was deeply disappointed and devastated by the experience I had at this funeral home. When one serves in a profession of this nature, it is imperative for professionalism and respect to be present. I attended a service meant to honor a young girl who was killed in a tragic accident.
Throughout the service, pastor David Holmes called her by the incorrect name. When finally corrected, he made an inappropriate joke that he was from Texas, essentially excusing this glaring mistake. The telephone rang throughout the service and was loudly answered, interrupting the grieving of others during this emotional time.
In addition, the flowers were delivered late and were brought in over the course of several minutes in the middle of the service.
When I spoke with the people who ran the service and told them of my disappointment, I was given an insincere apology and defensive excuses. That alone is an incredibly unprofessional way to run a business. Owning up to one’s mistakes and being willing to fix them is how you keep a customer.
This experience was primarily disappointing due to the fact that this could have been a healing experience for those in attendance. Instead, it served as a distraction and point of frustration for many in attendance.
I would not recommend that anyone entrust this establishment with providing services for a departed loved one. I would, however, recommend that the owner of this funeral home seriously consider the review, and make some honest changes.

I spent 18 years with my pet cat Rascal we spent time bonding together as best friends. He lived a long life i miss him everyday. When he died my heart was broken forever. The staff here at Benton County Memorial Park were understanding and took good care of the arrangements. He is cremated and they helped me pick out a urn to keep his ashes. He like me will be scattered at sunset in a beautiful setting along the Prairie. So that the winds will carry us on our journey home together to heaven.

My mom's dog passed (after a very fast, unexpected decline), and we brought her in to be cremated. She was over 140 pounds, so we had trouble loading her and didn't get in until near closing time. I'm sure everyone wanted to get home, but they were very friendly and respectful, and even allowed my mom a few minutes with her dog before they took her away. I didn't feel rushed at any point and I was able to pick up the remains the very next day. I couldn't be happier with the services offered, or the attitudes of everyone there (we had contact with 4 people, every single one was awesome). I'd recommend this place to anyone.
