Really disappointed with this company. I was excited to bring my mom here to get 3 large and very sentimental paintings framed. They priced us at a reasonable price and said they’d be done within the day. When we went to pick up, the owner said they were unable to do them and then showed us how they damaged the paintings. It looked like they taped the sides and ripped it off. Paint was peeled off all 3 pieces. She then told us to go get them restored and then fine somewhere else to get them framed. We did what she said and the restoration of what they damaged was $500. I called to ask if she could help in any way, whether it’s $100, $200, whatever she was willing to contribute because they were the ones who messed up these pieces. This lady YELLED at me on the phone, asking how on earth I could call her to ask for money. How dare I? She continued to yell while I was very calm and had to eventually ask her to stop yelling and then I hung up because she was being very cruel. Might I add, my mom is Venezuelan and my Abuela just passed away so my mom went home to Venezuela and came back with 3 paintings that she grew up with and wanted them framed. I’ve seen my mom cry 3x and one of which is when this company ruined her paintings. I feel awful and I am so disappointed. I don’t write reviews but needed to share this experience.
