We bought 3 commercial freezers and a display fridge, very happy with the service and products. The owner is helpful and available anytime we need him.
Whoever was there to answer phone calls, can use some sales training. hanging up before I finish talking just because I said I'll shop around and see what others could offer was not cool lol. There was a great potential that I actually call back and purchase products/service.. but not after this call. Thanks
Derek was was prompt and professional. We are out of province customers and Derek arranged shipping to our door without any issues. Great service! Will definitely consider Rodway again if we are in need of new equipment.
I was trying to look at an equipment when I accidentally hit the 'place order' button. Left a voice message and Derek got back to me ASAP. Professional and knowledgeable about their product. I even had a chance to change my order. Then after payment, I received my order the next day. Such a great help!
