We had Icemasters come to our convenience store to build out our walk-in cooler and freezer. The owner, Brendon, came out a few days after we first talked. Brendon was able to explain to us what would fit our needs the best and would provide the best value over the entire life of the unit. We decided to go with a Norbec box and he sized our equipment so that it could easily do what we needed. The job was done in a timely manner and stayed within budget. His employees were courteous and respectful. The team took pride in their work and the cooler and freezer have worked flawlessly for the 16 months that we have had them so far.

Ice Masters fixed an undercounter commercial ice machine for me, it was originally thought to be a board turns out the savvy technician found out it was a magnet missing off a switch, he glued it on that worked for a while then it fell off again, my brother glued the magnet on again and the unit continues to work very well, the cleaned the ice maker up real nice too. I found the price to be reasonable and service good.

One of the best customer experiences we have ever had. We contact Icemasters as our freezer went down. They got it up and running within hours, we paid the invoice and began using them for maintenance on our facility. Three months after this repair the owner of the company showed up on a Friday afternoon and handed me a cheque for $3000 dollars as they had secured warranty on the compressor. This was unbelievable to me as we were not expecting this, they could have kept the money and we never would have questioned it. In a world where honestly is lacking Icemasters is a step above the rest. We will absolutely be using their services for as long as we continue in business!!

Icemasters has been my service provider for over 2 years now. They always respond quickly when I need them- typically here within an hour and work to fix the problem while always keeping me in the loop with what is going on. They have always been very professional and honest as well, which isn’t always easy to find!

I call Icemasters whenever I have issues with my old refrigeration units. They are easy to talk to and very professional for their jobs. It is very hard to find local company who offers very good service with reasonable pricing. It is not good to see them very often, but I know for sure whom to call when I have refrigeration problems. The technician from Icemasters came out to troubleshoot our air handling equipment. The technician was thorough and fully explained the deficiencies found. We received the quote for repairs and proceeded. The great thing was that the technician found potential problems that could have been problematic down the road and helped to setup a preventative maintenance program. We 100% recommend Icemasters for their exemplary service and honesty.

Whoever was there to answer phone calls, can use some sales training. hanging up before I finish talking just because I said I'll shop around and see what others could offer was not cool lol. We were having issues with our walk-in freezer not being at a low enough temperature and it would drip inside the freezer during the defrost cycle. They arrived promptly, inspected the unit, did some testing and determined what the problem was and a recommendation to fix the problem. Mike, the service rep did exactly that. Temperature now is at acceptable level and the dripping has stopped. They're a 11 out of 10. Awesome job!

Derek was was prompt and professional. We are out of province customers and Derek arranged shipping to our door without any issues. Great service! Will definitely consider Rodway again if we are in need of new equipment.

Highly unprofessional!
We know very little about plumbing or appliances, so it was a big problem when found a big leak in the icemaker of our built-in freezer which was causing water damage to our basement. My wife was they only one home, so she called for emergency service. It was not until he arrived that he told us that he could not actually service our freezer because he would not pull it out of the cabinet (it just slides out). He then looked under the kitchen sink for a shut-off valve but said there was not one there. When I got home, I thought I'd take a look (and remember, I know nothing about this stuff) and found the shut off valve in less than a minute, exactly where he had looked. So effectively, the man showed up so that he could tell us that he wouldn't move the freezer to look at it and he missed the shut-off valve, putting in zero effort and accomplishing absolutely nothing. For this we received a bill for almost $400. I understand the rationale for larger bills for emergency service, but the lack of work ethic or accountability demonstrated was shocking. Will *never* use this service again or recommend to anyone. Highly recommend you stay away.

I was extremely happy with the work to repair our commercial A/C unit. The tech was really professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient and very clean. I have not experienced service like this before with other A/C repairman. Will definitely be calling them back in the future!

Changing a 60$ controller on a under warranty machine costed me 850$ bill that was sent 3 month later. Unfortunately I have to select one star.

Took 4 hours to do a simple 15 min job. Disappeared for 1.5hrs to "get the part". Won't quote the job and takes your credit card number prior to sending their employees. Clearly taking advantage of an unquoted job and no respect for the customers time. Absolute nightmare. Call someone else.

So far they have charged our credit card twice for one invoice and refuse to actually show proof that they sent a second invoice, which is false and they forgot on their end but since they had a credit card number, they decided to charge both without any consent or our approval. Now they are giving me the run around. Their system is “down” but yet they can still send emails and send me invoices. Very poor excuse. Highly not recommended, last place I would ever call.

Element is fabulous. To date, we have had an air conditioning unit installed, two high efficiency furnace cleanings / fixes and a high efficiency hot water tanked fixed. Whether your are a commercial or residential customer, Element can get it done.

Element employees were professional, tidy and worked with our schedule to stay on top of the job. They completed their work quickly and let us know everything about what they were installing or fixing, so we didn't have to wonder. I would highly recommend their services.

Finally after countless Hvac service calls. Darren actually was able to diagnose the problem I’ve been having with my make up air unit for about a decade. Highly recommend.

One simple plastic tray which have no complex design or any features, its just a piece of plastic cost $142+tax. I believe they make or buy their products from Mars or Moon which makes everything super expensive.

An extreme pleasure working with this Company. The AC unit that I had installed is amazing! Travis was meticulous in the work he did, and even went the extra mile to show me everything, which is not common practice anymore. I would recommend this Company to anyone!
