Had very bad experience in the life.I went to Checkout and ask the price kids suits as its saying on sale the full price of suit was $69.99something ,the boy said to me it’s $90,I thought I didn’t hear properly ,I asked again he said same .I said to how come as the price is saying$69and after discount is $90,He was very rude to me and told me wrong ths on ,He removed and put it back.It happens to me twice with same product.when I changed the product he was saying same thing,then I asked for manager ,He said we don’t have any manager.(Lying)talk to another salesperson (very nice)and she called manager.I am trying to explain everything to manager and she didn’t listen me ,told me to leave the store .she already knew her staff…Both salesperson are racist to other community.Never go back again this store

I purchased a few t-shirts some shorts and a pair of trainers, staff were super helpful and knew their product well. Very efficient service.

My rights to get 30% discount after the price tag,
Thanks God I checked my invoice after shopping and they refused to give me 30% discount afrter the tag, waste my 40 minutes i wanted to go back home as soon as I can cause my son taking medicine for autism and that system already used my discount coupon,

Love this store! Always getting great customer service from Rayner. She looks after myself and my family each time we go in esp helping hubby with Rugby gears. We stay in Takapuna but we will always drive down south to this Adidas store for great service. Thank you so much

Altogether awesome service from the staff, they’re very knkefgavke and welcome king. Have been here for shoes and clothing multiple times and have not had a bad experience and to be honest, I am sure I won’t have a bad experience anytime soon! The only reason I didn’t give a full five star rating is because they don’t stock football (soccer) kits / team gear here. Other than that, I really recommend!
