Great service from Chayse, Lani, Laila, Mikey, Kaya and Nimi. I tried on 10 pairs of shoes and everyone on the floor was very help. Speedy service to bring the shoes out. Spilt my drink accidentally and was cleaned up in no time. Walked out with a smile 😃 thank you guys.

Came in yesterday, staff are not as welcoming like they should be in RETAIL. I work around retail n hospo FULLTIME and have years of experience so I would know how to work around customers 💯. Yesterday was my only day off and I thought to come in and spoil myself after seeing all the good deals going on . Seen some tns on sale and some new balances that I actually loved 😍$40 and in my size for new balances. What a bargain ! . Didn't like any of the staff and there customer service EXCEPT the girl with the long hair pony tale . Thank you so much for your kind customer service and being so patient with me , actually assisting me . Very lovely girl thank you 😍. The girl at the cash register, please fix your attitude and learn to communicate with customers and put on a SMILE. In retail all workers should treat customers with respect make them feel welcome and comfortable, actually have a connection with the customers to make them want to come back to the store . I was so happy to pay for the new balances that was on sale and in my size but this young lady said that it's the last pair after I seen someone bring out the shoes from the back for me. I didn't want to argue back because I know how it feels when a customer is biting your head of so I stayed calm and Gladly left the store without purchasing anything after that experience.

To all your staff stop following people around not everyone is a theft 🤬 walked in was going to buy something but having your staff follow me around and pretend to do work Im more smarter then that be better at your jobs

My daughter and I were buying shoes from your manukau store. I was shocked with how the whole shopping experience went. First we asked for the shoes my daughter wanted then got the shoes tried it on and she liked it. The young lady in the front asked me to take the photos of the shoes and go to the counter to pay when we got to the counter the other lady came with the shoes and gave to the lady who was serving us. My question is why didn’t she hand us the shoes we would have taken it to the counter ourselves. We felt like thief’s ready to run out the store with it. We bought a north face jacket in Sylvia Park $560 there was no such experience there. I asked the lady why someone else has to bring the shoes to the counter instead she was telling me the store policy and whatever. Not everybody’s a thief here JD. Very disappointed.

We paid $350. While we were paying, the staff on counter was really rude when my card didn’t work first time. I did manage to pay second time though. We tried 4 pairs for my son. Obviously for a kid it takes time and we had to try 4 pairs to finalise what exactly suits my son. After I paid, they asked me and my partner to place everything back that we tried earlier. My partner did that politely without questioning (I myself already asked my partner to put these 3 pairs back). these ladies on counter made fun of my partner while he was putting these shoes back. No idea why. That is what made me feel so bad when I saw them laughing at my partner. This shows No support for customers with kids. There were 6-7 staff who were standing free. They are getting paid to put these shoes back on rack. There was a black woman on counter who laughed at us multiple times. we had no issue helping staff, but laughing at customers is unacceptable. When we reported this to manager she was biased and never listened to us. This manager was so
unprofessional. She never questioned her staff. Racist people. No respect for customers. Much better to go to K mart or Warehouse where staff works so hard and always very welcoming and kind. These people in big stores are working as if they are doing a favour to customers.

The multiple times I've shopped here have been pleasant experiences. Great shop for the variety of airforce 1s and slides. The girl at the counter was super friendly, especially to my kids, which is rare cuz in most places, staff don't even want to talk to kids. Would recommend this shop to others as service is quick and there's always a staff member nearby to offer assistance.
