KFC Takanini

My son and I went through the drive through a couple days ago, we always have ate at other KFC’s before but this is our first time in this location. After eating here, my son and I both had diarrhoea that night and my son has had a fever since then. If there was and option to select 0/5 stars, I would do that without any hesitation. Whoever is reading this, don’t eat here ever again. You will thank me later. :(

DRIVE THRU LADY WAS VERY RUDE! Indian lady!
I asked to pack my order separately cause i knew they would miss things out!!

When i asked the young indian boy why! he laughed and said i dont know !
They missed out on our coleslaw !
And didnt give any cutlery!

Well I was not a happy chappy tonight. I have Been a regular customer here for a couple of years now. There was a few cars in the drive thru, I ordered a deluxe 3 pce quarter pack & my partner got a 3 pce quarter pack. The Indian dude kept getting confused with my order, he said he couldn't hear me though I was virtually yelling out my order loud and he still couldn't hear me. Anyway I got my order and then when I parked to eat, I was missing a coleslaw. I couldn't be bothered driving back thru the drive thru, just for a coleslaw.

Sadly I always get excellent service, but tonight I give them a big fat zero for ripping me off.

I would like a voucher to make up for the inconvenience but that would be a neat trick ...

Boooo KFC takanini. You are a joke!!!

Received our order via delivery and whe opening our order we noticed we had not received all our ordered items. We were missing 2 chickens which was ordered extra and needed also the chips had little to no seasoningson them. We tried to call Takanini brunch but no one answered the phone. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

A prerequisite to working at KFC must be knowing the difference between light and dark meat. I get they serve "cut up pieces of chicken" per the drive thru attendandents comment lol, but there is a difference. For some reason I was also given 4 spoons for a small mashed potato that come with my 2 piece. Also, please don't dump the fries upside down in the bag. The fry container was completely empty and upside down.

Feel like the chicken is always consistently fresh from takanini kfc. Service is friendly and fast, favourite kfc to come to.
