Nice place for Bird Watching.
It's just green area, good for people around at least greenery is still there between concrete jungle but it's not a place to visit
Good place for jogging on service road. But avoid to go at night because you won't find people nearby so it's dangerous too maybe.

Green, descent in busy chembur, Mumbai area. This is precious MCGM with local NGO must work to make it more beautiful.

Very peaceful place to live. Lots of trees, lots of greenery. Difficult to believe that such a place exists in the middle of Mumbai.
The place is no doubt great for a small walk or if you want to spend some time away from the everyday concrete life. But the issue is the area does need care. If taken care of, it could have been much more better the way it is now.
