My fiance went back after 17 years and I noticed the results right away. He says it's a tremendous private workout with wonderful personal trainers and he loves going there.

I've been training at Body By Berle for almost 22 years. Rich, Jeff, and Angel create a very pleasant non-pressured atmosphere for me to feel comfortable challenging myself under professional supervision. My body and spirit are better for my weekly personal sessions. I highly recommend that you give it a try!

I used to, almost constantly, have pain in my neck, shoulders & back, but I was so surprised that I felt so much better even after just the first workout. Since I started going to BBB, all my “unexplainable” aches & pains improved significantly, I’m stronger & I have better posture. Plus, each workout only takes 30 minutes so it’s easily planned into a busy day & the awesome trainers give you science-based individualized workouts while collecting DATA - & data don’t lie 🙂

I have been a client of Body by Berle for over 20 years. I have more strength and stamina, and I can say that my trainers have been consistent in always giving me an optimum workout. I was skeptical at first, “only 30 minutes?” but my 2x a week regimen has seen my strength consistently grow. Richard Berle is available for discussions and info referrals on his method, diet and sharing about others in the field.

I have been training at Body By Berle for more than a year and I love every minute of it. The trading class is highly efficient and effective. My trainer Mindy is a very kind and strict instructor. I have made good progresses in strength training under her demanding and encouraging instructions. Did a 10 week personal training session with Body By Berle as part of my strength training for the 2018 NYC Marathon. Every thing about this program was perfect for me. This gave me the confidence and helped me complete the Marathon 6 minutes faster than my predicted time. My predicted time was 4:30; I did it in 4:24.
