Fusion Spoon at Botanic Gardens

First time visiting this foodcourt with the family. My daughter ordered the NZ striploin but was hard and overcooked. I gave casual feedback to the restaurant manager Mdm Rui about it and she readily replaced it with a new one. She also realised there was no options for diners to specify the done-ness of the steak when ordering on the self operated machines so the chef would always cooked it well done. She took the feedback positively and informed me she will add that feature on the ordering machines as a follow up. Overall the food quality was reasonable but the customer service experience offered by Mdm Rui was excellent. Thank you.

Like that there's easy sheltered parking at Botanics. It's quiet at dinner time with lots of tables & food is ordered at 2 self kiosk stations where you get a ticket queue number, and help yourself to cutlery & sauces when you pick up your own food.
So far, dishes we've ordered are tasty & portions generous for their $8 ‐ $15 price tag.
There's even a small indoor play area for the little kids.
However, no pets allowed even at the outdoor tables, which is unfortunate, as it makes it less friendly for visitors to Botanics walking their dogs.

Ordered 4 food items. Seafood pizza tasted bad and dough was mushy. All the Prawn were not deshelled and hidden under the cheese.
Mac n Cheese had a funny smell, totally not normal and we've eaten lots of Mac n Cheese at numerous places. Fish n chips was ok, fish was crispy.

Nuggets n fries was normal (can't go wrong)
Ice coffee was good.

Will unlikely come back again unless we are desperate or we forget how bad the food is..

Surprisingly good! Looks and feels like a automate controlled fast food - maybe because it is a automate controlled fast food :-) You place your order on a screen, but you have also a big menu on the wall to prepare your order. Payment is only by card.
But the handled food (you take yourself at the Counter B, Counter A is for drinks & Beverages) is good! Tasty, good quality, nice arranged - and very affordable! You pay in average 10S$ for a good meal.

This food was very reasonably priced. It was closer to the prices in a normal food court rather than what is found at a usual tourist place. The food was quick and good enough. I think alot of the food was premade and just heated on request. A very large menu. A little disappointed that they wouldnt fill up my drink bottle on request however upstairs and norrthwards towards the toilets there is a dirnking fountain.

A nice place to recharge and escape the heat after a walk in the gardens. Pleasant atmosphere and has a play area for kids. Wide selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. My nasi lemak tasted ok, not great. Still, I will probably come back again since I park there a lot when going to Gleneagles hospital, and has more food choices than Gleneagles.

Budget eat at Botanic Gardens. Spacious with lots of tables, and there's air conditioning to escape the heat. Various local and international delights available at sub-$10 prices. I had the ginger beef with rice which was acceptable and reliable. A good place to sit down for a quick rest after a nature walk, or to get some work done.
