Ordered 12 inch give 6 inch. And the other sandwhich look like this? What's wrong with you people? I hope other people serve you the same rubbish you gave us today. Waste our hard earn money, I guess you don't have to work and people give you free money.

Came to this outlet for the KFC buffet in 2023 & 2024. Good experience and very value for money. Enjoyed the fresh chicken and food here.
Hi I would like to share my experience first off all staff are So friendly n hard workers n the food explain that feeling of love n hard workshop amazing taste in this restaurant. I recommended to all my friends go n try one time .

The prompt assistance and excellent service attitude provided by Razlan and Danny attitude is highly commended! My friend and I were here and the drinks machine broke down. As we waited for the staff to fix, Razlan and Danny promptly gave us new bottled drinks and ensured we had an amazing experience here !😊
First time visiting this foodcourt with the family. My daughter ordered the NZ striploin but was hard and overcooked. I gave casual feedback to the restaurant manager Mdm Rui about it and she readily replaced it with a new one. She also realised there was no options for diners to specify the done-ness of the steak when ordering on the self operated machines so the chef would always cooked it well done. She took the feedback positively and informed me she will add that feature on the ordering machines as a follow up. Overall the food quality was reasonable but the customer service experience offered by Mdm Rui was excellent. Thank you.
Like that there's easy sheltered parking at Botanics. It's quiet at dinner time with lots of tables & food is ordered at 2 self kiosk stations where you get a ticket queue number, and help yourself to cutlery & sauces when you pick up your own food.
So far, dishes we've ordered are tasty & portions generous for their $8 ‐ $15 price tag.
There's even a small indoor play area for the little kids.
However, no pets allowed even at the outdoor tables, which is unfortunate, as it makes it less friendly for visitors to Botanics walking their dogs.

Ordered 4 food items. Seafood pizza tasted bad and dough was mushy. All the Prawn were not deshelled and hidden under the cheese.
Mac n Cheese had a funny smell, totally not normal and we've eaten lots of Mac n Cheese at numerous places. Fish n chips was ok, fish was crispy.
Nuggets n fries was normal (can't go wrong)
Ice coffee was good.
Will unlikely come back again unless we are desperate or we forget how bad the food is..

A simple meal order of a zinger burger can take 30 mins . With the servers taking own sweet time to compile the order . And my zinger burger is still in the display area and not willing to pass to me
Malay lady was super friendly, didn’t got her name, came at 16 apr 4pm.
Usually I order spicy Italian wrap double meat add cheese. Usually they'll at the meat on the wrap itself and toast it together which usually leaves the middle always cold. A guy named Danny does it different. He puts the cheese and meat in the oven first then adds it to the wrap and ovens it again. The wrap is perfectly warm all throughout. If you come here, look for Danny.

The other staff (tag shows "trainee") was polite and asked me what do I need. So I told him. He turned around and called for a cheesy pockett.

When I returned to my seat... Opened the pockett.. to my surprise, the wrap was so crispy it felt like eating potato chips.. not exaggerating. See photo for how it looks like when I crushed a small part of it with my thumb.

Best subway outlets all day everyday. Very impressed w the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The lady with the scarf led by example w good customer service. Well done to the team! Also the black pepper nuggets are really good; should be a staple combo!

Good tastes and price is not so expensive, have a so many seat and have a lot of parking. This place is clean and have a good service and not waiting so long time. Must try The fried chicken its so crispy and delicious , the eggtart also delicious .
The staff Danny is very friendly and cheery! His skill at making subs is also great as my ingredient choices always makes it tougher to wrap, but he did it so well. Along with him recommending other add ons for my meal, subway is lucky to have him as their staff. 👍🏻👍🏻
It's a comfy small place, if peak period might be packed, it's comfortable and doesn't seem too warm, makes me enjoy my food more.
Surprisingly good! Looks and feels like a automate controlled fast food - maybe because it is a automate controlled fast food :-) You place your order on a screen, but you have also a big menu on the wall to prepare your order. Payment is only by card.

Building my own sandwich was fun. I loved the food!
This food was very reasonably priced. It was closer to the prices in a normal food court rather than what is found at a usual tourist place. The food was quick and good enough. I think alot of the food was premade and just heated on request. A very large menu. A little disappointed that they wouldnt fill up my drink bottle on request however upstairs and norrthwards towards the toilets there is a dirnking fountain.
A nice place to recharge and escape the heat after a walk in the gardens. Pleasant atmosphere and has a play area for kids. Wide selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. My nasi lemak tasted ok, not great. Still, I will probably come back again since I park there a lot when going to Gleneagles hospital, and has more food choices than Gleneagles.
Budget eat at Botanic Gardens. Spacious with lots of tables, and there's air conditioning to escape the heat. Various local and international delights available at sub-$10 prices. I had the ginger beef with rice which was acceptable and reliable. A good place to sit down for a quick rest after a nature walk, or to get some work done.
20 Jan 2024. I was served by KP, Mui and Nia. Amazing staff and great attitude! They even help me with my mother's order as it was her first time trying! So nice of them! What's more amazing was the way they plated the food. So beautiful and neat. So clean and fresh too! Will come back to order from them. Small little outlet great for the community!
You know that famous curry puff all the way at old airport road? Well if you are in the area here is another place you can get them, along with either nasi lemak or dry laksa, I had the dry Mee Siam, loved it, warning: spicy , but overall was really happy and would recommend

The burger is sooo sooo soooo freaking amazing.. the taste just too perfect, i cant describe.. probably the best burger i’ve ever eaten.. the milkshake but probaby the worst, because its too sweet! Its like ice cream + many sugar.. the ketchup tomato use heinz and its so good! U gotta try.. the potato fries was soooo freaking big size.. hahaha, i cant finish it because its too much.. its too pricy i think.. but totally worth it for a new experience.. the place is clean..
Overall okay for what you get. The service is zero self service food Court style western and Asian food. Aircon strong very fast food style. The menu price does not match the computer screen. Its hard to use not friendly user. But food came out ok lah. Nothing spectacular but it's what I expected for tourists trap places like this.

Great dry mee siam with nice meaty prawns, prob the same prawns used on their fritter, and nasi lemak with solid lemak rice, sambal greens and tender chicken wings. Awesome sambal chilli sauce. Fish balls are soft and bouncy. Prawn ball not very good. Today’s prawn fritters are so fresh, crispy and awesome. Shiok.

One of the best burger in Singapore. Highly recommend. Indoor table temperature is cold, make sure you bring a jacket if would like to stay long.

Food seems overpriced. Patty much smaller compared to proportion of buns. Patty was decently cooked. Burger will filled with thick sauce that makes the experience not so pleasant. Didn’t finish the burger.
Milk shake is good. $11 and you can add different toppings to have alittle crunch when drinking it.

Everything you wished for, great for punggol neighborhood ! Was craving and found one near by us. Cleanliness was great ! Cozy environment, nearby the sea ! Staff is polite and patience, quick service provided. Even go extra mile to provide me directions back to the car park I came from ! Highly recommended
Mos Burger at Ion Orchard is located at Basement 4 of Ion Orchard. It is convenient to reach by MRT train, car or bus. This branch is of a regular size and various seating plans (tables and bench). There are two self-service kiosk towards the exit/entrance of the place. It took about 15 to 20min for the food to be collected. The tea maintained its consistency and quality throughout different branches.
The food from this outlet is atrocious.

If you monitored at this outlet, most of the time, the staff there are the same group of youngsters who looks like they are just playing around in the kitchen instead of preparing the food nicely.

Ordered both the cheese burger and. Wagyu. the burgers are really good indeed. The wagyu was juicy and tender, and tasty. But all the sides have to be ordered separately. The sitting area should be made cozier rather than being so bare.
Burger patty was juicy and has nice char-grilled tasye to it. Burger buns were soft too. Only the sauce in the burger was quite salty after eating it for a few mouths.
It's a burger with a thick patty that's hard to eat in one bite. It is good to choose various sauces and vegetables to suit your taste. Potatoes fried with peanut oil taste savory. I recommend a shake as a drink here.

Great burgers when the feature is customizing what comes with the burgers. A single patty with cheese - little cheese burger, feeds well. Patty is nicely done, burger bun holds it well together. The fries are thick cut and crisp, one of the best fries in a burger joint. Burgers a little more costly than average. Labour intensive since there's hardly any automation in their processes. And the kitchen has to handle many many take-out and delivery orders even if the place looks empty, hence expect a fairly long wait.
My first time here and it didn't disappoint! I ordered bacon cheeseburger + all toppings. Its was so flavorful, the beef patty was so juicy omg! The burger was big enough and the fries completes the meal. I also ordered their salted caramel milkshake which I think was the best J had in Singapore. Total price was about $40 but I stayed there for an hour as well. Atmosphere was cosy and the service was really quick. Definitely a must try! 👌🏼

Nice fragrant nasi lemak with wonderfully pedas chilli but I love it. Too much rice but didn't want to waste it. Would have taken me 4 meals to finish this box of rice. Anyway, I hardly eat rice unless it's chicken oily rice or fried rice n maybe fragrant nasi lemak !!! Only does take away as there's no sitting capacity at this kiosk like eatery.
Not a fan of the burgers - I had the DCB with onion rings and lemonade set. While the brioche bun is great, the patty feels… artificial? Yes, it is thick, but I’m not sure why texture is rubbery and too chewy. Onion ring portion is little. Price point is around Carls Jr tier.
Ordered a Double mushroom wagyu burger and received a pinch of mushroom in my burger. Proceeded to ask the counter staff if the tiny amount is acceptable. Received the reply "This is mushroom lor". The staff may be retirees, but please educate them better. Just a few pieces of mushroom qualifies for a double mushroom burger? It's a scam. Absolute rubbish product and response from staff and some PRC manager who can only communicate in mandarin.
Excellent cheeseburger. Added additional patty for $2.50. When eaten fresh at store, patty was juicy and the cheese complimented the patties so well. Got the large fries $13.50 and it was impossible to finish among 2 guys because they fill the cup till it overflows into the bag. much better than shake shack burgers imo although really greasy
The soy chicken is one of the best i have tasted. I like how diverse the menu is. You get to order different asian flavours and mix and match them. The Japanese rice is so good too!
Tried the NBCB DCB Burger.. 2 juicy cheese beef patties with tomato and lettuce on buttered buns. So delicious! Paired mine with banana milkshake which was very thick and creamy but not too sweet. Onion rings and chicken wing ribs (mid sections with one bone) were very crispy. Heard that their Prawn Paste Chicken Burger is good so will return to try it next visit!
Ordered the Signature Mix (Honey Mustard 2 Pax Bundle) for takeaway. The guy at the counter gave me 2 empty cups with cup cover and directs me to fill up my own drinks from the dispenser next to the counter.

Part of order didn't arrive. Deliveroo didn't want to refund! A disgrace. This is costing so much frustration and valuable time. I also called the restaurant 4 times, out of which 1 time someone told me to call back and hang up, and 3 times no answer.

I love their vegan curry puffs. The staff is also friendly.
I just tried the ala carts single beef burger and pork burger. Both are quite nice, buns are soft and airy. Patties are juicy but I do wish it is more cheesy and more depth to taste. Ordered chicken wings to go, it was crunchy and tasty too. I left one day for next review if I happen to eat more food

Despite being busy, Staff CHO warmly greets customers arriving at the counter during all visits. She is also efficient in taking orders, packing and collecting payments. A service-oriented and pleasant staff, she is a role model to junior staff. Great to have her at this branch to complement the great sandwiches.

I rarely give any reviews but this is a recommended place for quality-value juicy cheese burgers. Being not particularly fond of beef, this burger however is an exception. I did not manage to capture a nice photo on my first taste of this burger. Subsequently having those lingering cravings, on my second trip to i12 I requested it to be less salty(initial burger was a tad salty for me) and the burger definitely did satisfy my cravings. Another highlight for me was also the horlicks milkshake which has the right blend of thickness-neither too thick not too watery. Very naise!
Must say that if you like Mos Burger like I do, you will love this outlet with its Japanese inspired bamboo decoration. You will feel like u have been transported to Japan and dining in a quaint little bamboo garden. How very cool is that! Really take hats off to Mosburger. Wonderful dining experience. Lovin it. :)
Nice, little snack bar at the basement of i12 katong. Good for when you’re feeling peckish while shopping. They make a decent curry puff. This place only serves take away food, but the dry laksa (ask for extra spicy) and the signature nasi lemak are must tries.
New takeaway food kiosk in i12 Katong, mainly selling snacks. Tried the curry puff, the skin is the crusty type, the curried potato is moist and nicely flavoured, with a small piece of chicken and egg. Will come back to try the other snacks.

Visited it on the first day of opening and really disappointed with the food standards. Picture will speak for itself. Fish and fried chicken was soggy. Spicy sauce insufficient to coat the chicken. Seaweed powder was missing from our seaweed fries. No sauce was provided for take away. This store needs help with quality control.
Mos Burger outlet tucked in Ion Orchard B4. Located diagonally opposite PHO Street and Tempura Tendon Tenya. Food standard was consistent with other Mos Burger outlets in Singapore.
The main difference with other outlets was the design of the shop. The outlet had a forest theme vibe to it with trees decor within the outlet, along with minimalist design. The outlet had also white walls and floors with was different to the other outlets which had wooden natural colors. Seats can be limited during peak hours so take note.
Overall it was refreshing to see a different looking mos burger outlet which made the experience of eating here a better one.
The main difference with other outlets was the design of the shop. The outlet had a forest theme vibe to it with trees decor within the outlet, along with minimalist design. The outlet had also white walls and floors with was different to the other outlets which had wooden natural colors. Seats can be limited during peak hours so take note.
Overall it was refreshing to see a different looking mos burger outlet which made the experience of eating here a better one.
