Poschinger Weiher

Very clean and freshly refreshed from a nearby river. Not many spots for access compared to other local ponds. Gets busy very quickly.

A real gem if you like nature swimming with an emphasis on nature. Most loud parties and high school groups go to nearby Feringasee instead. This lake is very small but rarely overcrowded and feels like a real getaway. The bottom of the lake is slimy and shallow with lots of water plants. If you don't mind that, it's perfect.

We have been here for half an hour or so cause we came from a long trip by car. #Bigfoot and #Littlefeet enjoyed the time swimming in the small lake. It’s a natural lake but small an on the other side with a nature reserve. So you can only go swimming mainly on the western part of the lake. So there is everyone and it’s crowded if many people wanna swim. If you go there by car you have to pay two euro. We arrived in the late afternoon so we didn’t have to pay.

Nice lake to relax and swim. Such a pity the restaurant/Biergarten is now closed. But it’s anyway a nice place to go or stop by especially for a bike trip.
