ZEN Rooms Titiwangsa

Pros:
1. Got hot water for shower.
2. Toilet clean.
3. Friendly customer service.

Cons:
1. The Aircond is not cold at all even though set it to 16c.
2. No fridge/freezer/icebox. At least a small one.
3. No water heater for drinks. And also no 3-1 coffee/tea.
4. Requested Queens Bed earlier from the app but gave me Double Single Bed instead upon arrival. (And I know they purposely)
5. Dirty carpet/floor.

Bad experience here. The photos of the rooms of the hotel looks really great but in reality it's not that great. Rooms are really small and cigarette stench everywhere.

This is actually GDS Hotel. It smells like urine on the hallways, small rooms without window, people smoking inside, unprofessional staff and no Wi-Fi. It is cheap and good location at the end of the Monorail line and near the Titiwangsa Bus Station.

Its ok.. Very cheap but apart from that nothing much else to say as a positive. Beds are uncomfortable, rooms are small, staff have little knowledge or ability to speak any foreign language. Its well placed for travelling as you have the local bus station literally outside the door, monorail is also a short walk. Nice view on the street outside of the petronas towers. If your staying for couple nights then I'd say its fine if on a budget. If your staying in KL longer id highly recommend spend a bit more for a more enjoyable stay to a holiday.

Good front office nice rooms.clean and friendly worker and I want booking with zen rooms again I always suggest to my friend booking with zen room when they go on vacation or work outside..thanks zen rooms for giving me a nice place and easy to book hotel I always use zen rooms again FIVE STAR FOR ZEN ROOMS TITIWANGSA. I give 5 STAR FOR GREAT VALUE MONEY

Friendly and helpful staff. always available for anything urgent. also good wifi . there are good food places close by also train station is close by- But shower curtains are needed or else comes fills up with water when you take a shower

My partner and I had a great stay. The room looked very different from the
pictures but still a very good value for the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks!
