Ottima cena di famiglia, goduriosa, sapori autentici umbri, servizio delizioso e cordiale. Abbiamo sentito il dolce abbraccio di una mamma di Assisi alla sua figliuola. 10+
I visited Assisi and stopped in here for lunch before continuing to the Basilica. I had the wild boar ragu which was delicious (not gamey tasting)and so filling that I couldn’t finish my serving which was very generous! Our table shared a bottle of wine & I probably could’ve easily been talked into a nap….but slugged on like a champ lol! The service was a bit slow but the food was delicious! You can eat in or get take out and sit in the nearby squares.
Consigliato dal nostro host ci siamo stati una sera a cena. Menu' con piatti tipici in cui tartufo, cinghiale, affettati e formaggi trionfano.

I visited this place in July 2021 and ordered some typical Umbrian pasta with truffle. The food was served on paper plates and it was tasteless you could barely taste truffles, almost no meat. Cutomer service was non-existent. Just check other places in the area you will find something better.
Amazing cold cuts
This is so much more than a cold cut store! This is a shop full of a full variety of original wines, both red and white. The wait staff is very friendly and the menu is delicious, as well as varied. Great vegetarian choices, great pasta choices, and did I mention great wait staff? The cold cut selection is complete, but do not overlook the cheese plate selections as appetizers, the antipasto plates, and the wonderful food offered at Antica Norcineria Umbra. Good coffee too!!
