We really got a nice feel for the community and I am so excited for my client to enjoy his beautiful new home come early next year. The views are absolutely amazing. The views of the mountains and the lake are stunning. The people we met who live in the community seem to really like living here. The finishes are upscale and as a real estate broker after looking at many different properties for my client from Sloan Lake, Highland and Berkley this is by far the best value and price for what you get for the money. Beautiful townhomes with majestic views from the rooftop. Who ever lives there is lucky to be near an awesome lake. The area is also urbanising so there's a lot of attractions coming to Berekely. This place is all around awesome.

My buddy just bought a place here and I went to check it out. Have to say the location is stunning and I'm kinda jealous he snagged one of these highly desirable places.

A dog just fell off the roof because their construction crew didn’t lock anything again. Screws in the next door parking lot popping tires. 5am some man on the roof threw two, 5 gal. buckets of some sort of adhesive off the roof. Still, after three weeks hasn’t been properly cleaned. It’s toxic according to the buckets. Hope the dog owner has a lawyer. This hideous property is a blight on this park. I’m sure a skinny 1bdrm with no view is starting at $700,000.
