As a long-term Brentwood resident, I am grateful for our Brentwood staff (Carla and Jeff). I feel my work requests/concerns are met promptly. Brentwood is a quiet complex with convenient parking. The location cannot be beat. There are newer complexes but newer is not always better.

Great place to live! The maintenance man Jeff is awesome, gets things taken care of right away!! The manager Carla is so sweet and always helps me out with anything I need! Beautiful park across the street for my kids to play!!! Safe and nice environment!! Very quiet property, peaceful!

We lived in brentwood apartment for 4 years. The manager Carla was on site all the time and always accessible. Maintenace was responsive and done fast. Also great location close to shopping mall, restaurants, and park.

Spacious apartments. Great location. Carla Perez made the move hassle free. All questions were answered prior to move in. High degree of professionalism by management, which is rare these days, and very much appreciated.

I am going on my 3rd year here at Brentwood. I am enjoying living here as it’s quiet and peaceful as well as being in a great location. Carla, the manager here always goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you may need. Although it has been rare that I’ve needed maintenance, when I have, it’s usually been taken care of within 24 hours. Jeff, our maintenance man is always pleasant & can definitely fix just about anything. I would definitely recommend Brentwood Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great place to call home.

I've lived here since November 2020, and I loved my apartment with the beautiful fireplace and it is a great sq.ft. Carla and Jeff have always gotten any issues or maintenance done in a timely manner. Love the park and location. so close to stores and restaurants even at a walking distance if needed. Now it's time for a regular home for us.
