The correct spelling for the place in Cyrillic would be "Полацкі" not "Полацкай"
An island of peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Try going here on weekend mornings and there' s a chance you' ll be able to hear the bells from a distant casthedral, which gives it an absolutely majestic feel. The new lightning system makes it very pleasant to walk here in the evenings too.
Despite it's natural beuaty the park needs to be looked after more properly: there' re too few benches and trash bins. Some pathways need repairing too. The grass lawns are too often neglected.
Currently the landscape is sadly destroyed by the " temporary" pipes which spin all around the park' s surface making it look more like a building site.
