The food is okay for the location of the Resturant. Overall the customer service is terrible you’d think the employees didn’t receive any training on how to interact with customers. I’m grateful for the handful of pleasant experiences I had there. The decor is nice it’s the just the smell of solicitors they allow to hangout inside the store that makes me rate the atmosphere so slow. If this store got under better management and expanded their race options when hiring they could really thrive.

AWFUL PLACE AND SERVICE. I ordered drumstick, they gave me breast, I ordered 4 pieces they gave me two, I ordered regular, they gave me spicy. how can they make everything wrong?
and not mention there are people in the store asking for money and yelling at the customers.

Customer service was terrible. The young woman at the counter must not have had her listening ears on tonight at 9:17. She and her friend continued to talk while processing my order incorrectly. I asked if she had boneless wings and she replied ghost pepper. I said no” not boneless” wings honey BBQ Guess what she gives me. I go back to the window and ask for boneless, she says ok I don’t hear you say boneless all while checking her phone and talking. She checks the register and tells me I have to pay extra. I repeat 5 boneless wings honey BBQ.Not a problem except this time she gives me 12 boneless pieces and a biscuit. I gave it back and said, “I’m sorry this is not what I asked for. She responds “ ok you need your
Money back we don’t have what you asked for. “No, I want what I asked for.” She walks off and the manager, mamoud, comes over where I proceed to let him know she’s should not be behind a register and that she needs retraining. She showed him no respect. What a poor display of customer service and respect. Really sad. The only reason I didn’t take her picture is because she’s clearly a first generation American, a minor and a terribly poor representation of this franchise location.

They don't ever have any sauce but the basics. The food is stale and old. If it just opened, there's no reason my food tastes like leftovers. And when you ask for something that comes with the meal, it's an issue. At night you can't eat here because it's always packed it's disgusting. And don't get me started on the homeless people in the area that just harass you as you eat.

I should have read the reviews. Imagine getting halfway through your sandwich only to realize the bun is moldy. If I die I will know who my family should sue

Popeyes is my favourite among fastfood restaurants, reminding me of New Orleans. There are some Popeyes restaurants in New York. This one on 125th street has a lot of atmosphere, often packed with people. The people working there are nice. I tend to order a 3 or 4 piece combo with red beans and rice on the side. This time the chicken was a bit too dry, but the beans were perfect.
