Couldn’t purchase anything, staff is so unhelpful and rude. They didn’t even bother to raise their head when asking for some help.
This place is FANTASTIC! Every type button, thread, ribbon, feather, zipper, etc etc that you could want and really affordable prices.
Great store ! They helped me a lot and ordered for me especially sequins in the size and color I was looking for.
Nice store for me to pick the suitable fabrics!! The staff is hospitality! They have so many different colors and styles! Always check if we are the students, and give us the student discount!!
They add 20% VAT on top of the displayed price - pretty sure that's illegal in the UK and very deceptive.
Price gouging. Was charged £8 for 2m of satin ribbon. For comparison, amazon charges £3.25 for 24m.
I bought some items, I thought the price seemed high. I was not given an itemized receipt so when I got home and checked prices, I realized that I had been over charged. Returned to the shop to tell them. Apparently they add VAT on top of the price. I looked it up and it says that shops are not allowed to add it, it is included in the price. They also never said we are adding vat. I told this to the lady and she said it is the owners policy to add it.
So BEWARE
They know that it is a hassle to report them that's why they get away with it.
