The play weas amazing, but we purchased the VIP package and were mislead by staff who charged me an extra 150 when they could have poured us a glass that was included. I paid $225 for VIP and should have been informed. Typical bait and switch. Trying to get adjustment is tedious at best.

I saw Book of Mormon last week, won the lottery (Thank you!!), it was fantastic, staff was really lovely. I left my scarf behind when i left the theater didn't realize until i was already home. It's a scarf that my mom gave me years ago and is kind of important to me. They looked and found it and mailed it to me. Kindest people, made my day, thank you!!

These guys screwed me over. I made a mistake on the website and purchased tickets on the wrong day. I immediately called the theatre to have them void the transaction so I could repurchase for the correct date. Their policy would not allow this. No refunds at all. The only option was to ask for a future date. I believe this theatre intentionally ignored the dates I requested. The theatre responded initially with dates for a month before our trip to NYC (even though I clearly stated the day(s) we wanted). As the trip got closer I sent numerous emails, all of which were ignored. The theatre waited until after our trip to provide us with future dates (not helpful as we are not in New York). I wasted over $600. It was fully my mistake, but it certainly felt like this theatre went out of their way to make sure I was going to have to pay twice for the same tickets if we wanted to attend. This is not a reflection on the wonderful people who are performing, this is a reflection of the theatre’s policies and administration team and leadership. Absolutely terrible. What an absolute waste!

Not only was the moulin rouge show amazing, but i also left my wallet there with over 100$ cash in it, and the customer support was so amazing and they mailed my wallet to me internationally for free within a week. Absolutely amazing!

Saw Moulin Rouge and not only was the show amazing, but the staff that was there was one of the friendlies you could find. I had the pleasure of meeting an user named Mary on February 15th and she was nothing but a delight. If the show wasn't enough to make the night, the conversation and willingness to make others have a better night (now matter how many pictures were requested to be taken), all was done with a smile and an extremely polite manor. Thanks again Mary and can't wait to be back soon!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Jujamcyn’s Al Hirschfeld Theater. We saw Moulin Rouge which, expected to be spectacular, exceeded expectations in many ways - the theater was gorgeous and clean, the actors were incredible and the staff was very friendly. Truly felt like we took a time machine and were in the real Moulin Rouge. I lost my wallet there and the theater staff were incredibly accommodating in helping me locate it and ship it to me, helping super quickly during the crazy holiday season. We will be back here very soon!

I attended two shows last weekend at Jujamcyn theaters. My second show was at the August Wilson. While there I dropped/lost my airpods. I spoke to customer service and their people got back to me via email. They not only found them but are mailing them back to me! Very happy with this service and the overall environment of the theater.
