EHS Cooper Square Residence

I stayed at the EHS Cooper Square Residence this past summer, and I really enjoyed the amenities such as the terrace, laundry room, and downstairs lounge. I always felt safe thanks to the 24-hour security. Would recommend for any summer interns looking for affordable housing, especially with the great location!

Lived here this Summer, it was a very safe building. The amenities were great. Staff was very quick in fixing maintenance issues. Overall, great place to live as an intern.

I lived at EHS Cooper Square over the summer and it was a great experience! I was interning in NYC for the summer and Cooper Square was in a convenient location to work along with a lot of different areas! The security was great and there was a lot of events for residents to get to know each other! The in house laundry and gym was also a plus!

Lived in this building over the summer. Really clean (especially for NYC) and the location is awesome. The staff are all very friendly plus it was a super easy to commute to my internship. Great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at Cooper Square residence during the summer. I've listed some reasons on why I thought it was a valuable place to live. I recommend living here, I had an overall great experience and there is an opportunity to meet a bunch of other interns!

- it had a free gym in the residence that you had access to
-GREAT location, just a quick walk away from the subway and amazing bar/restaurant scene around the residence (very close to SOHO) it was in an all around beautiful neighborhood
- I felt safe at all times because the security was strict and handled guests well
- I really enjoyed getting to know the staff, they were students too, very willing to help and friendly!
- The rooms were clean when we arrived and nothing was broken or needed repair
- I LOVED the big windows in the rooms it made your room feel larger and more inviting
- The AC was great- the rooms were always very cool during the summer time
-they had amazing deals for broadway shows, movies, baseball games etc. that everyone took full advantage of!
-never had any trouble getting mail/packages
- Solid Wi-fi connection
-easy move in and move out

Negatives:
- no oven
- small kitchen
- smaller living space
