Genie is very professional as I totally have no idea about the balloons. She is patient to explain the details and provided me the designs. The balloons are the same as her designs. The kids of our skating club had lots of fun with the balloons. After 48 hours, the balloons are still in good condition. I will choose GenWoo shop again.

I cannot tell you how many of these tassel garlands I’ve ordered from GenWoo, but frankly, hers are THE BEST! I get them for nearly every birthday and definitely every anniversary. They are so perfectly made, strung, and packaged so that they arrive in as perfect a state as they left. Once I had a party emergency and a rush tassel garland order made its way to me just in time. Genie is wonderful that way. I've also ordered cute and/or beautiful balloons and party napkins, etc. from the shop. Definitely feel confident ordering anything from this shop.

From start to finish Genie was a pleasure to work with. I needed balloons for my hotels grand re-launch party and wanted them to be special and have that 'wow factor' about them. I did some research for local balloons and GenWoo Shop came top of the list! Upon looking at her website, and Instagram, I knew I had to have Genie provide the balloons. She was so quick on communication, so friendly, informative and helpful. On the day she dropped the balloons off, she was so lovely and kind and the balloons blew even my General Manager away!
